RBN scraps are now considered major DLC for Guitar Hero. :lol :lol :lol

It is SMT4. Of course it is worth the money.

As someone whose never played a SMT game this means absolutely nothing. Though im reeeeeally tempted into picking up Persona 3 and 4. The whole school thing sounds cool

That creeps me out every time I look at October's PSN ID.

It's funnier when Cork is on as well since they are more than likely right next to each other unless you have a friend whose name is between ours alphabetically.

There are different ways to sort your friends right? I gotta check when I get home but yea mines alphabetically, looks weird seeing both comments the same.

Does Singstar even have Lady Gaga songs? :lol :lol :lol

Only in the UK, you can import UK PSN cards if you're crazy. The UK singstore has a bunch of good shit we don't have though. The only Gaga songs are Just dance and Eh Eh, so it's nothing to get excited over anywayz.

Persona is nothing like this upcoming SMT game, so take that for what you will.

Hey October.
Lady Gaga is in discussions for a lead role in Quentin Tarantino next box office action flick.

After paying homage to the groundbreaking director in her controversial new music video, "Telephone," industry insiders tell MTV News that the "Bad Romance" singer recently befriended Tarantino and the pair are seriously discussing the possibility of featuring her in his next big screen project.

"Quentin is a huge fan of Gaga and loves her whole personality," a source close to the lensman revealed. "He has already sounded her out on a couple of projects, one of which would see her playing an assassin. Movies would be a huge new venture for Gaga but she's excited at the prospect and Quentin has told her she'd be a natural."

Time to join the bandwagon!

I wouldn't mind that at all. You don't have to like a person's music to like a movie they're in. She also seems like a total freak that would be up for anything he could throw at her so that's always cool. Plus she's clearly into exploitation flicks based on her video there. The rough female prison flicks especially. She probably knows a thing or two about classic grindhouse.

Fuck you Name QT is a god.

She'll be on the soundtrack. And we all know Tarantino has great soundtracks. Thus, Gaga's music is great!

YES OMG RBN WINS AGAIN

It’s been a little while, but we’re ready to pull back the curtain on two of the other artists we’re working with. Electric Flannel is thrilled to announce that will be bringing hard rockers and music game veterans Drist to the Rock Band Network! Soon, you will be able to download the songs “Decontrol” and “Arterial Black”, which first appeared in the original Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero II, respectively, on the Rock Band Network Music Store on the Xbox 360. Though Drist is no longer together, three of the bands’ members have gone on to form an outstanding new band, State Line Empire. Electric Flannel will also be bringing State Line Empire’s first songs exclusively to the Rock Band Network, ahead of the band’s debut release this summer. Tyson Yen, the vocalist for both bands, had this to say about this new partnership:

“Being an avid gamer myself, I’m excited to be able to work with Electric Flannel to get our music on another groundbreaking video game series.”
-Tyson Yen, Vocalist for State Line Empire and Drist

Stay tuned to this website for exclusive previews of Drist, State Line Empire, and other exciting announcements from Electric Flannel. Be sure to also follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest news:

One thing RB3 needs, wishlists. I have about 60 songs I want to purchase and am keeping a spreadsheet of them right now (and that is without checking the RBN store in the past week). I want to go to the music store and mark a song for my wishlist so I can easily remember it in the future when I acquire more points.

That's a good idea. It would also be cool to get artist alerts for when an artist you choose gets DLC. Probably wouldn't be that helpful for HMX DLC since we're all nerds, but I think it would help plenty with RBN.

Also gimme recommendations. The stores are to goddamn big to sift through every single artist and song every week. If I buy an Iron Maiden song, you should direct me to similar artists (including RBN).
