I deleted every game install except two big ones, half my ps1 games, 25% of my psn games, every game save from rentals, every video, every picture, and every ripped cd. I'm still at about 52 gigs used though. When I had the system where I actually preferred it, I was around 90 gigs.
Was it worth doing the data transfer and hdd swaps three times or should I just learn to live with 120 and do it once?

It went pretty good it takes about one minute per gig. So all in all with hdd swaps about 3 hours time. Freeing space is much harder than you think. I would probably do the swapping personally, you never know how long this gen will last, and you're going to want to upgrade from 111gb sometime I'm sure, better to get it over with now.
