That's deep and actually probably true. I can think of great games even in the genres I hate the most (racing and sports). Strategy would be in my bottom three also. I should love those games, but I've never really found one that 100% clicked with me. I might pick up Disgaea 3 since it's $20 at gamestop.

Tf2 is a different kind of shooter. Most people who hate shooters end up liking tf2...unless you hate fun.
 
I tried out my first RBN song last night (Suicide Silence) and it sucked. The charting was very amateurish.

Is that a problem for a lot of songs or did the author just think "metal? slop some shit together!"?

Random battles can be a lot of fun, I do it quite a bit with some friends. Game seems determined to stick me with Dan too much >:(

I was thinking, and the Rolling Stone article brought up a good point about downloadable avatars and such. If you buy an entire pack/album, you should get a few extra perks. For example, if I DL the Hendrix album, I should get his white Strat to put on my in game avatar, or if I DL the Iron Maiden pack I should get a pack of in game tshirts with Eddie on them. It would be something small, but it would encourage more full album downloads. Granted, such a thing is most likely not feasible, but it would have been nice.

I like that idea a lot. However, isn't the perk of buying full albums pretty much just getting a discount?

Only taking the Jimi pack into consideration, you're getting three songs for free.

Edit: Demand for RB3 since I started playing quickplay for the first time ever: Let me fucking use my CAC goddamn it.

Also if you buy a megapack/album you get new Trophies/Achievements to unlock. That will definitely boost full pack/albums sales.

I downgraded back to CS3, so I agree

It's just too difficult trying to get the right balances of layers and stuff to create that effect in animated form. Best I could do is this and it looks shitty.

Hmmm. Sadly enough I think the most exciting thing on that list is Lego Harry Potter and I'll only rent that. I would be all "omg goty" over Fallout, but doing a third playthrough on the 100% broken pc version left a 500lb shit taste in my mouth.

I have no idea if I'll get DJ Hero 2. I had fun with the first one but I completely lost interest after two days. I'll probably get GH6 just to get another guitar because 5's is fucking perfect.

you ass lol. if you post the other one for reference I can probably make it more accurate. I don't know how to speed it up in chrome without making it totally wig out in firefox.. unless someone knows what's up with that and how to fix.

anyway, I updated the gif above, but I don't have any more time today for that. leavin for pax in a few hours. hope it was entertaining, though. hah.
