I don't like Muse... I like Origin of Symmetry. The rest of their albums are poop.
The only one I ever could listen to all the way through without getting bored was black holes and revelations. The other ones were hit and miss for me.

Well they didn't have to pay anything, did they? I know the whole Gibson thing probably soured them on having a relationship with a manufacturer. At the very least they don't use branding.
I really doubt it because they didn't give it a name. It's just called the GH5 guitar. I really don't know any other well known guitar shapes they could use at this point that would be comfortable, just give us an HD SG!

oh also, those of you who are musically intelligent can you tell me how something like this would be charted?

Ravien, don't have any msg in my mailbox .

On topic, I can'T wait to get a new GH guitar, my GHWT is on its last miles, I guess it will tough till GH6.

Bass and drums would be pretty straightforward (well, in that it's easy to say what goes on those, still be tough to author), and all the misc. effect sounds would probably go on guitar a la Let Forever Be. Not too hard to piece together.

"We're All Gonna Die" features iconic punk rocker Iggy Pop on vocals, while "Ghost" features Ian Astbury of The Cult and Izzy Stradlin of the original Guns N' Roses lineup.
HMX would have picked the song featuring Grohl.

I have no idea if that's a good thing in this case, though.

Make Yourself has Drive, so it's automatically Archie tier. Morning View is alright, Aqueous Transmission<33333

Fungus Amongus will always be my favorite because it's so damn funky. Plus, who else can write a full album about shrooms?

Since people are wondering, here are the Slash songs they have lined up for GH6:

We're All Gonna Die (feat. Iggy Pop)
Ghost (feat. Ian Astbury and Izzy Stradlin)

Conclusions that can be drawn:

-We're All Gonna Die is nothing special at all
-Ghost should be a decent workout on guitar due to the main riff and the solo, but it's hardly a masterpiece

Halladay goes 7 innings with only 1 earned in the opener. Cy Young winner confirmed.

edit: Heyward already went deep AND it was against Zambrano :lol
1 and a third inning, 8 earned LOL????

birdman on suicide watch? ARE YOU OK BIRDMAN?!

Holy shit, we're choking at the start of the season now? At least our spirits can't get crushed in September.

Activision could very well make a SG like guitar, as long as it didn't look exactly like the SG shape. Gibson loves to copyright (or try to copyright) their body styles. There was a point at which they'd sue any major company for making a guitar with the same body shape as the Les Paul.

He fucked up throwing the ball to first, threw it 2 feet above the pitcher's head and it went into the dugout. I'm sure they'll show it on Baseball Tonight.

Assuming Slash is involved, I'm hoping for another solo track for the game. Slash's was probably my favourite of the GH3 bunch.

Well, that would certainly be an improvement over what we know is coming, but after GH5, I'm not sure that they're so keen on solo tracks like that anymore.

Baby you can drive my car... and maybe I love you

also, anyone wanna explain the appeal of Radiohead? I tried listening to OK Computer last night and it's the most boring shit I've ever heard. Sounds like a shitty Muse.
Listen to Hail to the Thief <3
.

They're getting something original off of Megadeth, so you never know.

Just like with every other game (except RB1), I'll go in to both RB3 and GH6 expecting nothing but awesomeness. I'm an optimist. I'm pretty sure until the stars "issue" was relayed to me I was super excited for RB2.

RB1 I turned on the minute an expert guitar montage which featured Epic as the only slightly interesting chart went online. Memories..

Christ Almighty, I just noticed how many posts this thread has:

That's funny: I thought the exact opposite when I first listened to Muse. I guess it depends on which band you heard first.

Speaking of DSotM: The Dark Side of the Moon, arranged for the Nintendo Entertainment System
