Charron said:That reminds me. One thing I tend to hate about progressive/post-rock albums is that the cover tells you nothing about the album other than "you're probably not meant to understand this".
The artwork can be great and the album can be great, but damned if I know what's going on.

Unfortunately, you won't see a "Browse All" option like there is with the main store and your song library. They tested that with like 2000 songs and it took about 10-15 minutes to build the initial cache. People aren't going to sit around for that long to look at some bands they may or may not have heard before.EYEL1NER said:I find browsing the store to be a shitty experience though. Maybe there has been an update since the last time I was on RBN, but there is no All Songs list. I did not like going through each letter of the alphabet by band. Maybe there is a better way to search, but that is how I was doing it and it sucked.
That sounds like the best way to do it I suppose. I am happy knowing why it is like it is though, knowing there is a good reason for it.XShagrath said:Unfortunately, you won't see a "Browse All" option like there is with the main store and your song library. The best alternative is to go to "Sort By Language" and pick English (there's only one Spanish song so far). It will allow you to look at songs in 100 songs chunks, so you should be able to hit all the songs in like 3 pages at the moment. Hopefully in the future, they have a better way to showcase a "New Songs" section.

This is a pretty great site for those who are into RBN. http://error420.com/rbn/.
I'd be happy if it used songs from the DLC too instead of just the on disc songs. In fact, I wish they would do more with the DLC songs instead of just the on disc songs.AMUSIX said:HMX really needs to up the store's presence in RB3. I can't tell you how many people come into GamesOn and have asked how we have so many different songs in RB. I have to show them the RB Store and explain that, yes, their copy of the game has it, too.
I really, really think that making the menu song, and even the background, change weekly to showcase the most recent DLC would be a good thing, and the system would only have to grab the data once per week. Just do the same thing they do with rockband.com.
I'll be on in 5 minutes
I was going to go tonight, but plans changed...sorta sucks..Terrordactyl said:Kick ass was pretty good, thought id tell yous guys.

noooo!!
Im still here! I lost connection.
Ideally, I'd love to have World Tour in RB3 be a combination of WT and Challenges from RB2. Go to different locations, and play small themed setlists. And also have a "traditional" career, "play X songs to move to the next bracket" sorta thing. That way I can get my unlocking fix.AMUSIX said:I agree...World Tour should be all about your whole library...but use the on-disk to make a traditional career ladder (I still like to unlock songs as I progress).
They just need to design a new menu system for the instrument-based challenges, and there's your 'play x songs to open next bracket'....but, yes, World Tour should have even more themed sets...Jet Grind Radio! said:Ideally, I'd love to have World Tour in RB3 be a combination of WT and Challenges from RB2. Not as cool as October confirmed.PedroRVD said::lol
I would only do that if you pick prequel by the sequel.
Is there any difference between buying the Episodes from Liberty City disk or downloading the content? Like, can you buy the disk and just install the content from it? Or do you have to play it all off the disk?Ashour said:So I downloaded both episodes of GTA4 and played 2 missions of each, The driving in TLAD is still shit but at least you dont fall of the bike as easily so I can live with that, Tony Gay seems fun. Ill go ahead with TLAD since Tony looks more fun.
music alone would put it above the DLC, thank youcorkscrewblow said:Disc comes with better music and it makes LCHC the best station with the rock one in at a close second.

From what I understand, There's a few exclusive new songs on the disc. also you need the disk to play the episodes. The DLC has the advantage of adding the new songs to the core game.AMUSIX said:Is there any difference between buying the Episodes from Liberty City disk or downloading the content? Also, does the Downloadable version come with all the additional music?
I don't think so.AMUSIX said:music alone would put it above the DLC, thank you
but you have to play it off the disk, huh? no possibility to install to drive and then play it through the GTA4 disk?
If I didn't get paid $60 this week, I'd probably have gotten it.Ashour said:

Back in 2007 I was reading the Heavenly Sword thread and this fucker out of no where said something about a character dying in a show I was watching, and with no spoiler tags or anything T_T it was so painful.AMUSIX said:Just watched the last episode of Lost, and I just have to say...
Fuck you and your fucking gif-posting ass you fucking fucker.
Fucking gaf and spoilers, you just can't avoid them here.
I've watched the first 2 episodes. Keep forgetting about it though.Rewrite said:Also, watch Spartacus Blood and Sand.
Only me, Costanza, and KaYotiX (Sorry if I misspelled your name!) are the only ones here seeing it. It's so great!
