Well, the centerpiece of the album is an underwater epic, so an ear being shot while it's submerged does make sense. Be thankful that they didn't go with the original concept of a close-up of a baboon's anus.

Unfortunately, you won't see a "Browse All" option like there is with the main store and your song library. They tested that with like 2000 songs and it took about 10-15 minutes to build the initial cache. People aren't going to sit around for that long to look at some bands they may or may not have heard before.

The best alternative is to go to "Sort By Language" and pick English (there's only one Spanish song so far). It will allow you to look at songs in 100 songs chunks, so you should be able to hit all the songs in like 3 pages at the moment. Hopefully in the future, they have a better way to showcase a "New Songs" section.

That sounds like the best way to do it I suppose. I am happy knowing why it is like it is though, knowing there is a good reason for it.

HMX really needs to up the store's presence in RB3. I can't tell you how many people come into GamesOn and have asked how we have so many different songs in RB. I have to show them the RB Store and explain that, yes, their copy of the game has it, too.

I really, really think that making the menu song, and even the background, change weekly to showcase the most recent DLC would be a good thing, and the system would only have to grab the data once per week. Just do the same thing they do with rockband.com.

I'd be happy if it used songs from the DLC too instead of just the on disc songs. In fact, I wish they would do more with the DLC songs instead of just the on disc songs.

I agree...World Tour should be all about your whole library...but use the on-disk to make a traditional career ladder (I still like to unlock songs as I progress).

Ideally, I'd love to have World Tour in RB3 be a combination of WT and Challenges from RB2. Go to different locations, and play small themed setlists. And also have a "traditional" career, "play X songs to move to the next bracket" sorta thing. That way I can get my unlocking fix.

They just need to design a new menu system for the instrument-based challenges, and there's your 'play x songs to open next bracket'....but, yes, World Tour should have even more themed sets...

Hell, Harmonix needs to get on the Pot-o-Watrbot braintrust here!
 
So I downloaded both episodes of GTA4 and played 2 missions of each, The driving in TLAD is still shit but at least you don’t fall of the bike as easily so I can live with that, Tony Gay seems fun. I’ll go ahead with TLAD since Tony looks more fun.

Is there any difference between buying the Episodes from Liberty City disk or downloading the content? Like, can you buy the disk and just install the content from it? Or do you have to play it all off the disk?
Also, does the Downloadable version come with all the additional music?

Disc comes with exclusive music, BUT all of the new weapons/vehicles are playable in vanilla GTAIV if you download instead of buy the disc. So there are bonus' to each, you can also sell the disc :lol

From what I understand, There's a few exclusive new songs on the disc. also you need the disk to play the episodes. The DLC has the advantage of adding the new songs to the core game.
 
I don't mind BYOB. It's certainly better than the awful SOAD song on disc that I'm forgetting the name of.

I'm talking about the chart of course, if we're just talking the song then yes, I can't stand BYOB either.

Back in 2007 I was reading the Heavenly Sword thread and this fucker out of no where said something about a character dying in a show I was watching, and with no spoiler tags or anything T_T it was so painful.
