You're thinking of Name. I don't like pig vocals at all. It was just too slow/stoner/doomy for me, at least the couple songs I listened to off of the Blue Record.

Don't you listen to Cannibal Corpse? Those are considered "pig vocals", are they not?

When the vocals are so guttural and low and growly that I can't even understand a single word without looking at a lyric sheet, then it's too much.

No, those are just really low growls. Pig squeals are like "ree ree" pig-like squeals (go figure) that are annoying.

Here's my fucking problem: Everytime anyone posts a band, this idiot automatically comes back with "X is better," or "Fixed." (I have done it too, just not incessantly like this fuck.) We don't need his goddamn stupid opinion on fucking everything and how much better his fucking choices are. And the fact that he never qualifies his fucking argument, just X is better and fixed, makes him pretty obtuse. I don't know if it is for boosting his post count, but I can guarantee you could put his ass on ignore and not miss a fucking thing.

Grow Up and Blow Away is the best Metric album fact.

Also Mass Effect is awesome. csb is wrong about something yet again.
 
There really isn't a worst metric album they're all good, I don't understand the hate fantasies gets. Most long time fans seem to hate it, I'm a long time fan and I like it though, perhaps I'm an anomaly.

I've seen a mix of opinions from long time fans. It's just missing certain qualities that made me like the band in the first place.

Don't know if anyone is into them, but a couple Cancer Bats songs are coming to RBN. Hail Destroyer and Sorceress are in playtest right now. No guarantees as to when they'll actually surface for purchase.
