Also some cats are shit, some dogs are shit. They are both stupid animals that are meant to serve the whims and wishes of human kind so therefore when someone has a shitty cat or dog and were responsible for raising/training them, it tells me a lot about that person.

I really like both as pets. But why the fuck am I paying to feed/provide medical service for a non-human animal? If I wanted affection and undying loyalty I would be a nicer person.
 
Birdman, you should really read The Walking Dead. I don't read comics, just finished up Scott Pilgrim and TWD is just amazing. I'm on issue 18 and it's so fucking addictive, every time I read a issue, I always say after this one I'm done for the day but end up reading 3 more issues.

I don't think so. Nothing really happens in the first issue. I think the first story arc ends around issue 7, give it a go till then at least.

I bought the book, I'm not sure how many volumes are in it. I read it ages ago and kinda lost interest, than read the first bit on my iPhone and was struck by just how poorly written it was.

This is my first"real" comic book I've read since I was 8 so I'm not really sure what to expect in terms of dialogue. I've just been into zombies lately, I just went and bought this book a week ago

I think you just have lower expectations of the medium so you assume it's gonna be crap and not worth your time. I'm not arguing that comics>novels, they aren't , but I was surprised how good the series was. Oh well.

I dunno, it's not like I had any negative emotions going in to it, I just found the whole thing to be a bit...I dunno. Amateur? Like I said I didn't really read enough to give a fair view on it.

I'm more of an audiobooks kinda guy anyway, cos I'm lazy.

I dunno if that's coming from Lego. Pacific Ocean Blue is halved in price from what it usually is.

Maybe I'm just hoping there are more Dennis Wilson fans out there :D
 
I still say Band Hero has lots of good songs.

Well, just want like a dozen songs from it to get on Rock Band. In a Big Country is a great song no matter how 80s it is.

It did have some good songs. I had never heard the OK Go song and enjoyed listening to it and playing it.
One thing Band Hero had above GH5 for me was the menus and style. I really enjoyed the colors and everything; it was just brighter. It almost had an 80's vibe at times I thought with all the neon pinks and whatnot, and I thought it worked well.

Me either.

I am physically incapable of even listening to a podcast. It could be about boobs, beer, grilling, Cardinals, and video games and my mind would still 100% be off in wander-land within ten seconds.

It depends on the task when it comes to podcasts. I can't listen to them when I'm playing something like FF13 but it's good for other games like MH3.

I have only tried at work and no way. I can listen to music fine, but trying to pay attention to some random person talking for two hours is just not in my repertoire.

On another note, RDR is cool now. Once you get the lasso, there is just so much badass and hilarious stuff you can do.
 
Let's predict Green Day's first month sales. It comes out on June 8 which means it will have nearly a full month NPD tracking.

The Beatles Rock Band is $36 on Amazon, and Green Day are twice as popular, so it'll be $72 for a long time.

I'm a fucking idiot. I cancelled class yesterday due to eating some bad food, and I thought it was DLC announce day, since I was home last night. :(
