I think the only good thing about this place is how cheap it is to live here, you can rent a house for like 700 dollars that anywhere else would be 1500+. Obviously the area you are in matters, that shit doesn't fly in missoula or bozeman, but the other large cities are super cheap to live in. That and we don't have sales tax.

Yup. I have a three bedroom house (huge backyard and a lake one block away) in a richy HOA subdivision (not an asshole one) for 1/3 the price of semi-habitable places when I was looking to move. It's the only reason I stay here. I can't go back to an apartment.

RB drums may have Pro mode, there are notes that were labeled Tom Gems in the parsing routines that I don't think do anything and are in a lot of songs, but the rest of the stuff just isn't there. If it was properly charted you can most likely use the animation data (for all instruments) to get you 99% of the way there and clean it up, but that would still be a lot of work.

I have no idea how true to life it is, but there's a full suite of ways to manipulate the hand locations, and you're supposed to chart that stuff. I assume most official DLC is relatively close to how it really plays.
