See that sign? Well, last night, some tools decided to add detergent into the waterfall that emits from the sign, and BOOOOM, masssssive soap snow balls. I know Ned is around here, but the soap balls were all the way out into medical drive, sticking in the surrounding trees, and covering the sign and entrance way completely. Five SAPD had blocked off the area and called in a fire truck which tried to spray down the mess, but it was too much hassle so they left...

My friend took a lot of pictures on her camera, but yeah, I was kicking myself over not having a camera. It was the funniest thing I've seen in quite awhile.

The Littlefield fountain that leads up to the Tower at UT has had alot of detergent poured into it over the years, along with kool-aide, and a handfull of pet alligators. Thank God Sams sells cheap knock off detergent in mass quantities, because I imagaine it takes alot of detgergent to fill that thing up.

i always wanted to do that in a major fountain. i figured id rig a system so that the detergent bottle was inside a backpack with a tube going from it, thru my jacket, and out my sleeve. id casually sit by the side of the fountain and let the detergent pour in, then walk away and BAM! :lol

There's a fountain @ Texas State, but it's kinda lack-luster. However, the one in Austin I've seen foamed over many times.





















I'll keep that jacket idea in mind.

Seriously, is there ever a time when its not empty/foaming? You would think the detergent would clean the water or something too, why is it always that puke green color?

Such a pretty fountain, but such horrible upkeep on it.
