I think they're in this year's rumble to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of the 1992 Royal Rumble.

Stone Cold - 01
Triple H - 02
Rey Mysterio - 06
Randy Orton - 09

I've taken out the ones I disagree with, for various reasons.

Obviously we disagree on a lot of them :-P

The only one I could see a case for that's not there is Del Rio, but that's it.

WWE loves curveballs and red herrings. Christ, Jericho was one in 2012!

Is there a pool yet? I WANT IN!

PM tm24 you want in by 3pm eastern if you want to be in the Rumble pool.

Also, here are the supposed match winners according to betting sites:

New Age Outlaws, Bray Wyatt, Brock and Orton

Here is the top 4 for the Rumble according to the betting sites:

1. Batista(winner)
2. Bryan
3. Punk
4. Reigns

Some of those dirt sheet sites are hilarious. Cena Vs Bray Wyatt? Like Cena will have a mid card match that's 4th down on the card. We'll probably get Cena-Batista again or something. Cena will get a random title shot at EC because he's Cena.

Anyone want to try and predict the joke spot(s) for this match?

Horny/Cena II?
Socko vs the Cobra?
Richard Sherman?

I only think there'll be one spot, and it'll involve Cesaro and the giant swing. Probably pretend to be dizzy and fall over the top.

Batista is way too obvious to win. So is Dbry, if he enters.

Gonna go with Punk. It's been awhile since someone won from the #1 spot. I'd had HHH do everything to make Punk lose the Rumble but he wins and gets over bigtime, then HHH can screw over him at the Chamber by putting his spot at mania on the line against whoever, and make him lose to set up their match. That way, it'll bring some much needed heat to their upcoming feud.

Odds spoiler for the Rumble match so don't highlight if you don't want to know the 'likely' winner obviously

*SPOILER*

Daniel Bryan has suddenly gone odds on favourite at the bookies! Hope they're right.

No

Not on PaddyPower at least

He is at the off-shore bookie (5dimes) where the moves originate and he's gone odds on at Will Hill, Betfred, Sporting Bet as well in the UK. That said he's not overwhelming favourite like some of the other likely winners in other matches, so it's nowhere near a certainty yet.

Daniel Bryan won't win RR because of the smarks. Vince is getting word that everyone on the internet knows Bryan is going to win so out of spite he's going to have Cena not only win the title but also the Rumble.

I predicted this very scenario to a friend of mine at work this morning.

WWE's list only shows 20 guys. So let's go through the list realistically, here:

Batista
CM Punk
Alberto Del Rio
Big E Langston
The Miz
R-Truth
Xavier Woods
Kofi Kingston
Cody Rhodes
Goldust
Rey Mysterio
Fandango
Roman Reigns
Seth Rollins
Dean Ambrose
Erick Rowan
Luke Harper
Damien Sandow
Jimmy Uso
Jey Uso

Of these, guys who they'd actually have win this year:
Batista
CM Punk
Roman Reigns

Batista will eliminate Del Rio, then Del Rio will pull some kind of shit from the outside to eliminate Batista. Gives Del Rio someone to sell for in a short program in February. Reigns will dump Punk out in the final three or four, because they're high on Punk and I bet they'll have some kind of program. So the winner comes from the unannounced guys.

Bryan, unless there's a major return we don't know about or if they wedge Brock in there somehow. It goes against those dirtsheets that said UT requested Bryan for WM, but that just makes it all the more believable.

What if Juan Cena wins the Rumble and they every other Raw John or Juan cuts a satellite promo until WM and come WM Juan comes out and takes off the mask and says IT WAS ME ALL ALONG JOHN CENA thus creating this bizarre mental breakdown in the ring and creating a new gimmick for Cena where he is this Jekyll and Hyde character.

I'm genuinely surprised you don't think Batista and Undertaker's wins were obvious. I think they're easily two of the most predictable wins that happened. Batista was clearly being set up for Triple H that year and was getting over huge, and Undertaker's was obvious since Shawn Michaels was definitely not winning and matching Austin's record. And they were setting him up for Batista.
