He can outright say that this is not Kojima or SH, and stop all speculations, because he is perfectly know what exactly behind all of this. Why to play along with scammy marketing from some noname failed developer? Instead he just left this vague response which you can interpret however you want.

But conveniently.. nothing under that company is actually for sale, so if it's not a legit registration, nothing is likely to ever happen.

It's also a company an hour from Hasan's house/where his company is registered. So who knows what relationship he has with someone who works there/owns it. He might even work there himself for his day job.

The game was never intending to exist, it’s sole purpose is to create a backstory for the fake company.

Ironically, if this does turn out to be Silent Hill related, I likely won’t play it anyway because I’m such a wet lettuce. I couldn’t even finish PT and that was a demo. Still, I’d be happy for those brave enough to enter the (volumetric) fog again.

He did outright say he wasn't Kojima to IGN Benelux before. They've been working on this game since 2017 and he suddenly caught wind of all the fuzz surrounding their announcement. They're a small studio and just wanted to show something they've been working on, then he got people sending him stuff like we got you figured out etc. He found it annoying but also laughed about it.

His PSN profile goes way back to the PS3 days, is located in Netherlands. His linkedin has a connection with the boss of Dutch Game Garden. If its a ruse, then he might be contacted to play along. But it seems the guy itself is somewhat 'legit'.

If you are a company you don't put it as your director's name and trading as the company name. That's only done by sole traders who want to use a business name such as John Smith t/a Smith Builders. We were told BB games is a company by people who checked through the official channels so why is it down as a sole trader? This seems off.

It's a company, that is a sole proprietorship, according to the NL Chamber of Commerce:

So technically Hasan "is" the company, there is no real difference legally. He just has a business tax ID.

No, that was from 2013 when he was helping Kojima with the fake Moby Dick Studio. He outright denied like that then, so don’t believe his ResetEra post now!

Could be Silent Hill game, but is the franchise still the same without its core director, composer and writers. I think the soundtrack of SH2 was really haunting. Not very excited though, but i will keep in mind to check it if the rumors are true.

If Hasan DM'd and we take it at face value. Why would the screen shot taken later not have the Pope's response afterwards? Does he regularly take screenshots and save them before responding?
