Cloud cover, and even in some cases walls, can't block this ultra-precise satellite's view.

SAR works similarly to how dolphins and bats navigate using echolocation. The satellite beams down a powerful 9.65 GHz radio signal toward its target, and then collects and interprets the signal as it bounces back up into orbit. And because the satellite is sending down its own signal rather than passively capturing light, sometimes those signals can even penetrate right through a building’s wall, peering at the interior like Superman’s X-ray vision.

I just posted an artificial cap that'll take care of it.

So this means, if it hasn't already happened - a satellite array far more sophisticated - will eventually be able to (again, if it hasn't already) take a snapshot of all living things/event's and may eventually by use of nanotechnology/molecular magic - be able to also peer inside one's thought's and take a snapshot there too.

Then it only need feed this data/world scale snapshot to a sophisticated ASI/AI and simulate that metadata forward to predict the future with stunning accuracy.
