Does Microsoft have a similar restriction as Sony that no multiplayer game can be 30fps on the base model and 60fps on the Pro?

Would be nice if they went different routes and let the consumers decide what's best for everyone.

I don't think we've seen anything stated like that, but I'd presume so.

MS already said Scorpio is Q4 (Oct to Dec).

What probably could happen is Forza 7 releasing in Q4 instead September to match Scorpio launch.
