lol, he sang a tune to the Sanford and Son Theme

"Boy I sure hope I dont have Dog Flu"

Well that was a great episode. I like how they handled the sitcom aspect of it, with the 3 cameras and the laugh track. they did a nice job.

Who else enjoyed this ep?

I saw the last half of it and enjoyed what it had to offer. This was only the second time I've seen this show, but I think I might start watching it regularly. The sitcom part was hilarious. "At least I won't have to eat my wife's food anymore!"

I liked the first half, but I hate to say that I did not enjoy the "sitcom" portion. This season has not been doing it for me, but it's still funnier than the majority of shows on television.

The show doesn't seem as witty as I remembered, but I enjoyed tonight's episode...and Sarah Chalke's boobies.

yes those were lovely.

I just thought they did a good job with the pauses for the laugh tracks and were still able to keep the momentum. And then I like how they sorta meshed his daydream with the real life at the end. that was cool.

I like how the solution to life's misery was watching TV. Works for me!

See, I wasn't enormously entertained by the sitcom portion, but I LOVED the entrance of the Janitor. That was classic.

I enjoyed it for what it was; on one hand, it was clearly a commentary on how idiotic sitcom conventions are and how that could never happen in real life. And, on the other hand, it was a cute little reminder of how awesome the normal Scrubs is, with no laugh track and genuinely funny.

Other than the fact that it fit in cohesively with the episode, I must say that the ulterior motive was quite funny; the executive producer of Scrubs is filming multiple standard sitcom pilots for the Fall Season, and wanted to use the Scrubs crew to film them to save having to build a new crew for a pilot that could mean nothing. So, this served as a chance to get them familiarized with the process. Neat stuff.

I really really liked that episode. The jokes in the beginning were very funny, and the transition to life and back again went very smoothly. I too saw two levels to this episode, and enjoyed them both.

And very glad Aiken's appearance was brief.

Then you musnt have seen Arrested Development yet :D

Scrubs is easily #2 though and this episode was easily my favorite of this season.

Scrubs & AD are #1 & #2. Now just which order you want to put them in is up t you, but they are the top 2 without a doubt.
