My mother was working as a tailoress, this would have been in the early sixties... for a fashion label in the UK when she got chatting to a model who had hooked up with Mr Connery at some point. She told mum that he was quite sure of himself and had shoulders as wide as a barn door
Sounds about right.

For anyone who only knows his Bond work, I recommend trying to watch two of his other, maybe lesser known films.

Very sad hearing this news today. I know living to be 90 is quite the achievement but seriously, FUCK 2020! Dude was an absolute legend and one of my all time favorite actors. There will never be a better James Bond than him. RIP

The exact one I was thinking of watching. His (and Ford's) performance in this is genuinely some of the funniest comedy I have ever experienced. Really believable chemistry and great serious scenes too. It's such a fun movie all around.
