Find ONE. Notice how extremely generous I'm being. You're using the plural, implying more than one, and I'm only asking you to find ONE.ecliptic said:I think its funny watching the complete turn around of opinions of Silicon Knights from Nintendo fans. :lol

The only true miss in that list is the misguided Contract Jack. How many other companies can be that proud of their entire catalog?

if you dont like ED you dont like computer games period
Metal Messiah said:SK are AWESOME. Eternal Darkness is one of the best action/adventure games this gen, one of the few REAL adult games... I mean, not ADULT because of some blood or nudity, but because of an adult plot with adult themes and references. It didn't sell, right, but that just proves that gamers are still too young.
People didn't understand ED. I feel sorry for them...

Mama Smurf said:I can't understand people who thought ED's storyline was good. In terms of stories in general, it was really bad, in terms of game stories, it was ok. At best. So ridiculously overhyped. It amuses the fuck out of me everytime I hear Denis Dyack talking about taking game stories forward like movies did, and all I can think is: "Maybe you're right, but you sure as hell aren't going to be the ones to do it".
ED got a lot of things right. Wonderful music, good sound, interesting new things (sanity effects), occasional good dialogue, nice graphics, good voice acting, some good character models, a fun magic system.
Unfortuantely, it also had bad character models, average at best gameplay, a pretty weak story that's only made worse as you know they actually tried (unlike say a Mario game, no one expects a good story and Nintendo certainly aren't trying to give one), no character development...it's really hard to get excited about their next project.
Still, the ideas for Too Human interest me. And from what we know it plays completely differently to ED anyway, so I'll give it a look. Hopefully I'll be happily surprised.
It has 91% over at Gamerankings and has been awarded with tons of GOTY awards. If it isn't your cup of tea, okay fine dont play it, but dont call the game or the developer shitty just because you didn't happened to like it.
I declare you officially bonkers.Duckhuntdog said:Blood ----> Meh

Then again, I do understand why they are doing this. Thier Japanese games don't sell here, well except for Sonic and Super Monkey Ball.
