Officially Sega still none of the two plays announced and their development did not also confirm. Release: TBA.

I swear, I hate wannabe armchair CEOs as much as the next guy, but if this shit is even remotely true, I'll start thinking that I really CAN run Sega better than their current powers-that-be...

I thought a new Shining game was supposed to be announced a couple weeks back... there was a basic promo "coming soon" image doing the rounds and everything. Wonder what happened? Also, I have been hearing the other Shining game currently in dev is a strat RPG. No idea if it's one of these two (but it probably is).

How about maybe packaging all 3 scenarios of Shining Force 3 and putting them on XBOX, PS2, or GC or heck even on a handheld but I guess thats too smart for Sega. Hopefully these Shining games will be good.

I expect that was the mystery 4th Shining game Sega had cooking, and these might be possible titles for it. Hopefully it's a SRPG but I have a feeling it might be another Soul/Tears style dungeon hack.
