It'll be Sega's version of Resident Evil. Just start off with a decent budget Deep Fear remake to build the hype back up. Deep Fear had some better things compared to RE1.

if they cant get the Ferrari license they should just use unbranded Ferrari esque cars instead, the game doesn't need to look amazing it just needs to play either like outrun 2 or better than outrun 2 and have a ton of content

Shining Force and Panzer Dragoon has already been posted quite a bit. I wholeheartedly agree with one of posters mentioning Saturn era games.

Virtual On was so cool.. Was one of my favorite Saturn games at that time. I was enamored with the amazing visuals and interesting gameplay. One of my dreams was to play 2 player with someone in my house on a second Saturn, with the Netlink. I got the Netlink, but never managed to play with anyone to this day.

The already announced games are a great start: Golden Axe, Shinobi, Virtua Fighter, Jet Set Radio, etc.
But a Phantasy Star and Shining Force remake would be amazing! Partnering for a new Toe Jam and Earl would be great as well.
It would always be good to see Sega Rally, or Daytona Racing, Dragon Force, Sega Bass Fishing, or Afterburner.

Phantasy Star, complete reboot without any DEI influence. Rebuild the universe and the story together with GRRM and add deep expandable lore.
Yakuza/Lollipop Chainsaw like Michael Jackson's Moonwalker. Imagine the AI voiced MJ dancing/singing karaoke together with Majima and Kiryu.

Attempt 3D Vectorman again with more competent devs. Ratchet & Clank gameplay with various different weapons can easily be done. Also don’t mess with his original design.

I've been waiting half a century for Sonic and Mario to team up in a split-screen, side-scrolling platformer that blends elements from both Sonic's a Super Mario's world. The goal? A multiplayer race with spy vs spy like combat and tricks to the finish on each stage. And why stop there? Throw in every character from both franchises as playable options, with even more characters and levels released as DLC!
Can't believe you haven't done this Nintendo.
Edit: They can even make it a team battle to the final stage with every player having their own screen and can even go to the next stage without everyone else. A race through all the levels.

Virtua Tennis. Tennis games have really dried up and the ones that have come out haven't been too good. I don't know why tennis games mostly disappeared over the years while tennis itself became more popular.
Golden Axe made by the team behind SOR4. I thought this would've been a natural fit after they did SOR4 but Sega are going about it in a different way and it doesn't look very good. There hasn't been a 2d Golden Axe since the Megadrive/arcade games and they've all flopped in 3d.
