In the Miyabi part of the tutorial you could do this amazing arial attack, what was that? Is it just a super in midair?
oooohhh... ARIAL attack. Wow, the lewdness of this thread made me greatly misread that. Holy crap.

I think it's time to lift the blackout. Is there any streaming going on with Ryobi? I'm curious at how they improve her.
Graphically? Certain things are much improved. Gameplay-wise? I dunno, she feels fine but I'm just getting started. Her charged breach art is now a shotgun sort of thing.
Her shots seem to always stagger on hit now. Or at least when the cpu uses her. Only played as her in the intro level so far but I really can't wait to see what's changed about her.I think it's time to lift the blackout. Is there any streaming going on with Ryobi? Before I feel like they didn't expand her gunplay right, and all the shots feel really bad to use, so I'm curious if they change some of its to make her better.
And I want to see more of Renka.
I don't think it was apparent in SV but it definitely was in BA. Seems even more apparent here.I found the breach art pretty damn satisfying in Versus. I'll have to see how it all feels now, I'm still just getting started.
Did the characters always have height differences or is it just more obvious in the talking scenes now?
No Life, no Hometown, just despair.
Boy this game. L-E-W-D Capital letters.
My copies just shipped. I can't wait. >:]
@Maid: I dated a Vietnamese girl in college. Even Americanized their family was extremely strict. Their parents wouldn't let me in their house cause I was white. An they forbid her and I to go out together in public together.
Kick ass. Now print more for your own sakeLooks like the PS4 version sold 96% of its first print on the first day!

As nice as that is to hear, from what I understand, it might've been a smaller shipment compared to other games.
So while technically EV sold more of its first print shipment than Bloodborne (man, would THAT make for a hilarious meltdown thread), Bloodborne might've just shipped out more copies at launch compared to EV.
I'm inferring from this that you still get all your HP/Ninpo restored whenever you level up in EV. Real shame, since that was easily the most annoying thing about its prequel for me.Yes ninpo gain is slower , though early on you can still spam it thanks to level ups. Scroll drops are common too

So it is confirmed it's one huge, overarching story between all the characters/schools instead of multiple stories between each school? I really like the sound of that & hope they stick with that. I'd rather have quality over quantity when it came to the story, though don't mind the small character-specific ones.
I'll have to see for myself, but I might be fine with this since it'll help add uniqueness to each character, considering we're at 25 now. I don't remember many characters in SV being different in terms of speed or jump height.edit: I'm sure it'll be a controversial change, but there seems to be a much greater feeling of weight for characters with certain (heavy) weapons. I actually like Yomi more now, feels more satisfying.

Also, they did exactly what I wanted with the special attacks: they're all realtime, so no time wasted by cinematic effects, but they still do the cinematic camera angles and poses in realtime. Looks great, doesn't break the flow, good stuff. Lots of really badass poses for the camera too. A few ass poses for the camera too.
I actually think SK2 is my least favorite one in the series so far...it's not bad, it just doesn't match to the others for me.
The camera work is pretty fantastic. Great angles and movements, verty fluid, rarely distracting.
Urg, Ikaruga's recovery animation is badass but really annoying. Did she always put away the sword after every volley?
Ikaruga's lvl 1 super is a great example of attention to detail. If you whiff the first blow the attack continues at a normal camera angle and still does damage in case it hits. If you hit the first blow you can a camera pan in front of Ikaruga to watch the flurry of slices behind her. Great stuff. Also lol why is her scroll in her armpit?
How do you do the midair super(?) thing that was in the tutorial? I can't remember the input.
Ugh the lingerie lottery is awful as ever. At least default to 1 coin instead of zero so I can just mash confirm to get through this. I don't understand how shit like this isn't caught in playtesting. Insanely simple change of defaults and so much frustration would be removed. 0 isn't even a valid input.
Think this is the sort of thing XSeed might listen to complaints about?
Tell him on Twitter.Vita version always crashes if you do a mission and then try to use the dressing room. Please fix Lord Takaki. ;-;
While some stages are clearly reused, they have much better assets and seem to all be expanded from their original form, I don't really mind it.
What are these shrines all about? It seems desecrating them causes a counter to go up?
It's worth a try. I mean, Xseed added content to Akiba's Trip for the US via the male strip portraits. If enough people mention it, they might patch it in at the very least.Ugh the lingerie lottery is awful as ever. so i guess it won't be restocked on amiami by next weekLooks like the PS4 version sold 96% of its first print on the first day!

I really should have pre-ordered my NyuNyu DX. I guess I can hope if SK2 pre-orders go well they'll release them in Europe but it's unlikely.Looks like the PS4 version sold 96% of its first print on the first day!

Not after SK2 I guess.I do think they don't print that many copies.

That's my idea as well I'd have hoped they'd have realised this too but evidently not.It seems pretty clear to me that 3DS is SK2's problem. The Versus nyuu nyuu pack is still a hot item, they should have expected more sales. Hope there's a second print run of the non-LE at least. Also there's the digital PS4 version for easy importing.
