7) Lunar, Lost In Blue, Trace Memory, Frogger = BOMBA
7) Gripshift, Frantix, & Frogger PSP = MEGA BOMBA

Yay, my predictions seem to be right!

But thats a bad thing. Damn you DS userbase.

A few comments:

1) Nintendogs Sept > Nintendogs August
2) NDS SW 535k > PSP SW 496k
3) Good start for Katamari
4) Advance Wars > Burnout PSP
5) NBA Live >>>>>> NBA 2k6
6) Genji = DOA
7) Lunar, Lost In Blue, Trace Memory, Frogger = BOMBA
7) Gripshift, Frantix, & Frogger PSP = MEGA BOMBA

I already knew that Lunar and company were going to bomb. But Advance Wars and Nintendogs seem to be chugging along.

Assuming Nintendogs sold around 250k and Advance Wars around 50k. That leaves new releases about 60-70k, and the rest of the sales are from old games.

Madden PSP probably sold around 60-70k and Burnout PSP probably sold around 30-35k. So I would guess that the games kept on selling at their normal pace, and the other new releases barely effected the sales at all.

Sounds quite good for DS, or bad for PSP... ;)

Will you give us more numbers in the next let's say 60 minutes or will we have to wait until tomorrow? :)

He says in 20 hours, but we know he wants to give them.

Hes only hurting himself.

So now that we know DS vs PSP SW totals (NDS SW 535k > PSP SW 496k), let's make the HW PSP vs. DS predictions!

I'll mostly stay with my earlier predictions.

PS2 300k -> Change to 275k for bad monthly SW sales all around
GBA SP/Micro 250k
PSP 170k
Xbox 170k
NDS 140k
GCN 80k

I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that a game about training a virtual dog would perform so well in every region.

I mean, it's not even cool to collect or defeat anything like Pokemon. Just training a dog.

uhhhh....Why Chihuahua?

Because,
I want a dog,
A chihuahua
When I get back to my small flat
I want to hear somebody bark
Oh, (oh oh) you can get lonely

Don't want a cat,
Scratching its claws all over my
Habitat
Giving no love and getting fat
Oh, (oh oh) you can get lonely
And a cat's no help with that

I want a dog,
To walk in the park
When it gets dark, my dog will bark
At any passers-by
Oh, (oh oh) you can get lonely
I want a dog

I want a dog,
A chihuahua
When I get back to my small flat
I want to hear somebody bark
Oh, (oh oh) you can get lonely
I want a dog

No matter how low Gamecube sales get, there's this segment of the Gamecube-owning market that MUST own a new wrestling game. No other genres, just wrestling.

Ah, crap. Gripshift deserved better.

Yeah, but was anyone expecting it NOT to bomb? I did my part. The alternative is to have EA buy the license, remove the parts that make it unique, kick out a sequel each year, and sell the hell out of it.
