Apparently Dixie Carter was blown away from MCMGs vs Speed Muscle match a few months back and thinks that's the type of action fans want from TNA. So now TNA is trying to grab as much international talent as they can and they aren't the only ones-

The Puro scene is said to be in a mess and allot of stars over there feel like they can make it in the US so its looking like we are going to see many more jumps in the future
God, I really hope that this is true.

We haven't had a real international cruiserweight division in the U.S. since WCW almost 10 fucking years ago. I think part of the reason why pro wrestling has been struggling in the U.S. in recent years has to do with the lack of consistent emphasis placed on not only international talent, but the cruiserweight/X-Division in general.

If TNA really does make this happen, it will help out the company ALOT and make Impact a much more fun show.

Mistico?
FUUUUUUCKKK.

He's possibly the BIGGEST name they could get as far as international talent. WWE has been chasing him for a LONG time now.

Kinda makes me curious to see what they are going to pull off for BFG this year.

I doubt that TNA will ever focus on the X Division. They're dumb as fuck. They can give two shits about wrestling and more about trying to be cute with their booking, and when I mean cute, I mean its shit.

Didn't WWE at one point have him signed, but basically a promoter in Mexico claimed he had Mistico signed to a contract he forgot he signed or something?

For those of you who have WWE 24/7, the Legends segment this month is Factions.

Pretty cool segment so far.

So I guess some question they pose.

What makes a faction work?
What is your favorite faction?
Did the nWo help to clean WCW?

And will watch second part after work.

Anybody watching Smackdown? It's going to be my last episode until I get Insight Cable when I move.

The R Truth/Shelton feud could turn into something good, if they ditch the "Wat's Up" every ten seconds.

Also though the team of Kendrick/MVP facing the team of HHH/Hardy was fairly unbalanced. :lol

Two Strong Main Eventers
Hart Foundation
NWO did Help WCW but Eric Bischoff Messed it up with Mankind.

MyNetwork TV is going to broadcast the entirety of WM24 this Thursday. Then, of course, it airs Smackdown a day after.

Even though his promo skills are lack luster, I'd rather have Matt Hardy win this. This win could be the biggest of his career in that triple threat against Jericho and HHH.

I doubt it's the entire WM since it's..like 3 + hours + commercials.
It's probably a chopped up version where you see the last 5 minutes of each match.

MNT isn't in HD here so I lose. I'll never see Smackdown in perfect HD everrrrrrrrrrrrrr. CW here had some shitty HD pass through.
(I have WM24 on blu)

A tag team partner that actually likes him?

GOD!

Jillian and Dolphe Ziggler? Seems it's going to happen.

Morrison and Miz are the best tag team currently in WWE. Shame the tag duo of Dibiase and Rhodes have the Raw Tag Titles and not Morrison/Miz.

Apparently Muta is now the Triple Crown Champion and IWGP champion. :lol

=/

Say huh?

Mutoh is about as beat up as Hogan and he's still dominating Japan. Meanwhile, a lot of their younger star talent is planning their escape stateside.

The airing of WM is only an hour. So the 4 biggest matches and thats it.

Flair vs Michaels, Show vs Mayweather, Triple Threat and Taker vs Edge

EDIT: Damn Katie Lea is a stunner..... and Mickie :)
Wait, so Paul taps out immediately? See ya back in FCW.... sigh.

Mind you, I am a huge mark for Mutoh. He's been great for quite a while. But his time has gone and went. He did about 75 dragon leg screws to Nakajima to win the IWGP championship a couple of months back. He basically no sold everything Naka threw at him. =/

NOAH is in bad shape when it comes to new talent. I like Go Shiozaki plenty, but I don't think he's ready for the GHC Heavy, yet. Why did Sasaki have to beat Morishima? =/

I'm not too sure about AJPW, though. Though Suwama losing the title so soon meant he was not a draw. Eh.

What do you make of a lot of the young talent wanting to flee the country?
Tanahashi has reportedly signed with TNA. (Which woul be fine, Tanahashi's awesome)
Morishima is being looked at by WWE, TNA and ROH again
Mexico always has feelers out to talent
One NJPW talent signed with WWE already with the possibility of more as Vince looks to broaden his company yet again.

Its depressing. Means business over there is not doing too hot. I am self fish, I don't want none of the talent to come over here for the reason that historically they are treated like shit by North American companies. Only time I could remember where that wasn't the case was way back when in the late 80s when WCW/NWA was pushing Muta.

At the same time, I'll be happy for these guys because they should be getting paid way more over here than over at Japan. So its progress, I guess.

I'd rather have all worthy Japanese talent head to TNA. They might get treated a tad bit better than they would at WWE.

This crowd is dead tonight, nice high flying spots and it seemed no one cared. Better get Batista out there again or this crowd may fall asleep.

I agree. WWE has shown time and again just how racist they are to foreign talents. Regardless of how talented they are, they're always relegated to comedy roles.

TNA has a much better track record. They'll bring over these talents and let them show you WHY they got brought over to begin with. They'll let these outsiders get wins over their talent just to show you that they should be taken seriously.

I'd like to see TNA sweel it's X-division roster with Japanese and Mexican talent. I'm sure there's some real bright future stars out there that are dying for some exposure and a decent living in America.

Speaking of TNA.... here's this week's results

He turns to Foley..asks him what did he ever do. Foley & Angle go back and forth.. Foley says how he got to watch a lot of great mentions and says Angle was the greatest acquisition in TNA history. At BFG, Foley says he needs to be that close to prove to himself that Kurt is that good. Kurt asks, What? You wanna take Don West's place and do commentary?' Foley says no, he wants to be even closer...and he's going to be the special enforcer with his match against Jeff Jarrett. Says "Kurt read my lips...its true! Its damn true!"
