What are some sequels everyone is looking forward to? I was thinking about all the games I want and realized half or more of them haven't even been announced. figured people can give list here and maybe find out news about sequel announcements they may have missed.
So games I want:
Game Series I no longer have an urge for new Installments:
Metal Gear (4 closed up the story, I am happy, no need for any more)
Max Payne 3 (wanted it, then saw what they were doing, dont want it now)
Need For Speed (Most Wanted did everything i wanted a NFS to do, i see no need to ever buy a new one)
Zelda (unless nintendo completely changes the formula and makes it into a seamless world, I am burnt out on the series *special note: Zelda MM is one of my favorite games)
Final Fantasy: I adored the SNES and PSone era games more than any other games (6,7 & 8 are my favorite games ever made in that order) but hearing all the bad of XIII and hating 12, it seems the series finally has went in a direction I do not wish to follow. I think American developers have showed me a new world of RPG's that are more appealing to me now.
So anyone have any news on the games I listed?
So games I want:
- Pilotwings Wii (I bought a gamecube and now a wii in anticipation for a pilotwings
( ) - Animal Crossing (not a shitty DS port, a really one)
- Hot Shots Golf sequel on PS3 & PSP - Love both really want another one.
- Ace Combat (on a next gen system, 6 was a blast)
- Phoenix Wright 4 (or Apollo Justice 2) or would we call it Phoenix Wright 5?
- Half Life 2 Ep 3 (The next Duke Nukem Forever?)
- Civilization 5 (for PC of course)
- Mass Effect 3 (haven't even got 2 yet and im already dieing for 3)
- GTA5 (you know, i didn't hate 4, but I didn't love it either, but im still excited for a new one)
- GT5 (biggest time sucker in the world)
- Pokemon Gen 5 (Please please put in real pokemon cries, not the awful midi samples!)
- Pokemon Snap 2
- A new Wing Commander/Freespace/X-wing game (I really want a space flight sim )
- KOTOR3 (not into MMO's, have no clue how the old republic works)
- Homeworld 3 (please relic, PLEASE!)
- Jade Empire 2 (didnt like the first, but think with what they've done with ME, they could make a 2nd one great)
- Mercenaries 3 (go back to what made the first 1 fun, and actually Q/A test this one)
- Z.O.E. 3
