I don't like paparazzi because they're basically violating the right of publicity.

The Right of Publicity can be defined simply as the right of an individual to control the commercial use of his or her name, image, likeness or other unequivocal aspects of one's identity.

They sell the pictures to publishers who want to sell tabloids. Is that commercial enough?

Obviously there are certain rules undertaken when you become a celebrity and the paparazzi are part of that but there is a big difference between when they need to be there i.e premieres and partys and when they don't following people around all day.

I mean of what interest is taking pictures of Shai on his day off drinking coffee the guy is relaxing. Leave him the fuck alone.

It would be the equivalent to any of us getting involved in a news story and having men with cameras follow you around everywhere all day and take pictures of you from across the road and what point would that begin to be annoying i would bet very fucking quickly.
