Well, first of all, what's your criteria for "all the best stands"? Because none of those are. If you mean by aesthetics, then maybe, that's a personal thing. But for optimal listening, your front stage (LCR) should be level. Your center should not be a foot below your fronts. It does not matter if the front of the drawer is mesh. It's still an enclosed space, speakers do not go in drawers.

Here's an example of proper center channel positioning from someone on the htguide b&w forum.

THanks for your opinion, but everything sounds great, no problems here. And that stand you posted is wayyy to high. For optimum viewing, your eyes should be about level with the middle of the screen when you're seated in your normal viewing position, I don't want to be looking up at my HDTV.

http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.ca/ISEO-rgbtcspd/learningcenter/home/speaker_placement.html

"If possible, the height of the centre channel speaker's tweeter should be close to the height of your front speakers' tweeters — ideally, within about 24".

sometimes it's the lesser of two evils. if i have to choose between a center channel being too low and a display being too high, i'll take the low center every time.

You might want to fix that huge blob you got on the right side of your projector.

Does the Samsung R81 still being sold in EUR/USA?

I bought one 2 months ago, here in Brazil, but peopele say that the LCD TVs that are sold here aren't being sold in other countries anymore.

But I saw one TV like the my one!

Ok well my actual set-up hasn't changed much, but my location has, so thigns look a little different. I got new furniture for my TV and computer, and a new LCD monitor for my desktop. Still going to get a new computer before the end of the year, because my 3 year old XPS just doesn't cut it and there are too many great PC games coming out this year that I can't play on low settings...

Also I'm debating if I should put up all my old posters, most of which are really nice, but makes me look like a complete nerd, and isn't the first impression I want to give women entering my room for the first time, though I'm sure they would have figured that out before then anyway.... :D

Wow, you have everything I have, including the same TV. The only thing I notice missing is Live Camera.

I've got a few more older consoles too. CBF posting them again.

Is Paprika good movie ? I just read article about it and it really got my attention. Atrticle had some pictures in it and it seemed pretty funky movie. I dont watch much anime but I'm big fan when it comes something like Ghiblin movies they just look gorgeous and usually the storys are good.

I have seen a total of 3 anime movies in my life, Jin-Roh, Spirited Away and Paprika. And yeah, I liked Paprika a lot. I love the style in this movie.

Tekkonkinkreet is my favorite Blu-Ray movie out right now. Animes look soooooo good in HD.

i see alot of great post here and i was wondering how did you guys keep the dust off all the electronic devices you guys have. i.e. tv, ps3 and sound system.

i live in a fairy nice community and i keep my windows open at almost all the time and when ever i am not using it i have to keep a cover cloth over it, like my tv, ps3 and other electronic other wise it gets very dusty after a while. (of course i let it cool off for first before i cover it up)

so how did you guys accomplish this in your picture,
a) hire a maid to do all the work
b) clean it before you took the picture to show us
c) air purifier
d) other cool tip you going to share with us since i don't know
