I still love Oblivion.Guerrillas in the Mist said:The "I never liked Skyrim" group is popping up before the game even comes out. At least in Oblivion's case it took at least a year, when everyone went from loving it to suddenly hating it with a passion.
There's a pretty big difference between not liking the game and calling out these screens for looking like crap.Guerrillas in the Mist said:The "I never liked Skyrim" group is popping up before the game even comes out. graphics, graphics, graphics. meh. i recently started playing the Witcher 2 and was bored to tears. The first act was such a drag.
i just hope the side quests and main storyline deliver, the fighting and skill system are refined and the world feels immersive. This is what a RPG is all about.

I am serious though the pictures look bad you must clearly see that. I am not saying they represent the finished game but they are inferior to what most where expecting.

maybe the engine looks good. the art style/direction and that IDBEHOLDL lighting style is just garish. i cannot see myself starting at that for 100+ hours. oblivion was a delicious forest land. this looks like somebody's backyard in wisconsin after a hard winter thaw.Salih said:Does Skyrim look to you like "total garbage" ? wtf man. go see a eye doctor.
whatever man, edf 2017 is a great looking game.zoner said:avatar quote

It's beautiful.
To the people complaining about the shots: I think they're too bright. All other shots we've seen of Skyrim are a lot darker, so either these have been brightened for some reason, or Bethesda pulled an Oblivion on the lighting.[/QUOTE]
your uncensored post was better~
I figured, if the final shot of this Skyrim fan trailer can be considered inappropriate, that might be too. :lolGravijah said:your uncensored post was better~

the high brightness makes them look like magazine screenshots so that they look good when they are printed.Blue Ninja said:![]()
Pretty much the same area. Either one is a bullshot, or TES.net's images are of crappy quality.
Seems pretty logical. These were the screenshots originally printed in PSM3: maybe TES.net just got the files from them.maniac-kun said:the high brightness makes them look like magazine screenshots so that they look good when they are printed.

yeah it'a like max gamma making everything look like it is its own lightsourceWallach said:That's kind of what I'm thinking too, Blue Ninja. The pictures seem really fucked up in terms of gamma/brightness, I don't think it's really as much a problem with the game's lighting.
