Like I said this is going to be the game that finally confirms that motion controls (when done right) can bring a different level of depth and enjoyment that was never attainable with a gamer-pad. It's amazing that it took this long, but I greatly anticipate and fully welcome the future of great gamer-pad games along with great motion-control games.

that said i find edge and gi announcing their score days before they release the (full) review weird. seems to help further devalue the text part by putting all the emphasis on the score, as well as make them seem even more of a proxy in a games marketing campaign. just post the whole review with the score when you can.

Totally understand this complaint and don't feel dissimilar, but the magazine's going to hit soon, meaning the score and text will be out there anyway. Essentially we just wanted to get the news out there before it's all over GAF/elsewhere anyway, like I said in the post. I can't wait to get the full thing out there though.

Finished Batman, have started Skyrim, starting Uncharted 3 this weekend, so still lots to play and too early to say. I'd be surprised if anything beats it for me, but there's a lot of good shit out right now!

Yeah, I told my brother last week that it's an "embarrassingly good time to be a gamer." Don't think it will be possible to find time to play everything I want to before the end of the year, but that's quite a great problem to have. I hope 2012 can be half this exciting.

I guess I'm just hoping there's some big surprises and cool stuff that they haven't gone and spoiled or alluded to already.
