just came in from SNS, glad I paid under retail for these. Craftsmen ship is solid. Happy I sized down from a 9 to a 8.5. Awesome shoe, could care less for the nike air but it's cool nonetheless.

It's kinda weird. Maybe V's just aren't as hype these days. I dunno.

Other Jordan releases this year sold out instantly. Even non-OG releases like the master 12's.

IMO it's the price $220+ state tax is killer. In Canada i think it's $250 in usd which is waaaaaay too much.

Pricing. People are complaining that the quality doesn't match the pricing. Honestly, I was doing an examination on them today and their not bad at all. I think it has more to do with it being durabuck instead of suede as well. But still, 220$ is damn steep and adding on to the numerous other Jordan releases, it's just spreading people's money thin. Especially since the OVO 12s were supposedly releasing this weekend. Most people can't drop 230ish one week and another 230 the next.

The 5s will sit for 2 months tops. The releases are slowing down in August unless you count the rumored yeezys, whatever adidas is putting out.

I'm just glad that I could just walk in and grab a pair now but, yeah, I'm not trying to drop 220 for them right now. I'm going through a designer sneaker phase lmao.

Pretty much what I was doing. Nordstrom Rack has a clearance sale going on and I thought Buckhead would have the good stuff but I was wrong. yup. they're going ham with jordan 1s this year. sick, simple colors in a lot of the releases, too.
