actually, comparing the box art to the DS banner of the left side, it looks like crap, not real. the art is horribly resized, you can see jagged edges and bad resize-blur all of the place, while the NintendoDS logo is nice and crisp.
it is possible for the DS to 'emulate' an analoge stick. a central point on the touch pad needs to be recorded and then the position of the stylus on the pad from the central point dictates the amount of movement, a-lá an analoge stick.
whether they do this or not is the question.......

sorry but uh... whats that got to do with this goldeneye box being fake or not? or am i missing something here?
edit: ok nevermind, i see now. since both metroid hunters and mario64 use the touch screne as an "analog" pad, im not sure why people still complain about the lack of analog controls..
