Still a baffling decision by Nintendo. That would have made a great NES Classic T-Shirt.

Anyone who went to get a switch at best buy today happen to see if they had any neon joycons for sale? Or is that a completely lost cause at this point?
Did you ask?
A lot of times they might hold stock in the back.
No issues here in the U.K. Certain outlets even offering discounts.
Target on Austell Rd in Marietta, GA had 4 neon Switches in the case. Just outside of Atlanta.
I'm here for work from Florida and have never seen this many.
The stock situation will not get better anytime soon...
Wow... I live right near there
I was at a Walmart in my town of Plainfield, Indiana (indianapolis) today and look what I saw:

Stock issues after 3 months still? That sucks. Switch sales would be much higher if the damn thing was readily available.
I'm coming around to actually wanting a Switch, and it would be nice to get myself one as a birthday present sometime in the next 2 weeks. I aint about that driving around to all the local stores trying to find one life, though. I guess I need to luck into happening upon a fresh restock at amazon or something.
Cheers. It's not that hard. Use istocknow for Target/GameStop/Walmart. Best buy you're on your own but when I call my store, I'm connected to a call center who is happy to check all of the stores in the state for an item I'm looking for.
Check the buy/sell/trade thread. Several in there at various conditions and prices.I'm coming around to actually wanting a Switch, and it would be nice to get myself one as a birthday present sometime in the next 2 weeks. Go buy!
It seems to me Ninty finally wised up and realized people want the neon version more. Last week my Best Buy received 10 grey consoles and 20 neon ones.
Gamestop has grey bundles in stock.
Anyone order online form them before? No problems I assume?
All the major retailers in the US should have stock today that shipped with Arms. I saw 10 at target this morning. 4 were yellow joycon version.
Three months later and I'm ready to jump on board and of course these idiots still have hardware shortages. Do they ever fucking learn?
No problems, but their shipping prices are dumb.

Because there totally isn't a shortage of NAND chips right now
NAND Flash shortage
NAND chips are in high demand and Nintendo is effectively competing with every other company that uses them. Nintendo has upped their production numbers twice now, but it's still impossible to make something if they physically can't get the required chips.
