So what do we think the next Larian's game gonna be?

They haven't been polluted by MTX, so the chances of their next game being great is high. They've also made bank on BG3, so the production budget is most likely gonna skyrocket for their next game. Will it be Divinity 3? Kinda hope not. The first two were amazing, but the world of those games, and it's spammy combat system that covers everything with fire and poison clouds is just too far behind BG3. Of course they could rework everything, but meh, something new would be better.

Hope it's a new IP. But it would be cool af if they're making a game in the Fallout universe, the Mass Effect universe of even Star Wars, similar to what the first two Kotor games were, but with Larian's style.

Same ol shit it's gonna be yet another Divinity Original Sin 1 style game but further expanded upon. BG3 was just Divinity OS3 with a D&D skin, whatever they make next will be Divinity OS4 with whatever skin they choose. Btw I love these games I've been playing them since OS1 beta builds back in the Kickstarter days.

Would be cool to have a real divinity 3 (divinity 3 not original sin 3, I mean a witcher style game like divinity 2), or a sequel to Dragon Commander but I doubt theyll go in this direction.

I just hope it's BG4. BG3 might be my favorite RPG of all-time, so I just want another one.

I don't think it'll be the same ol shit. I don't see Larian sitting on their asses and not expand their style of games with the massive showering of cash they've just gotten.

Wasn't it confirmed that they're not returning to BG after 3? Pretty sure i read that somewhere. If they didn't even want to release an expansion for BG3, a game that sold a ton, i wouldn't think they want to stick to BG.

The way Swen Vincke talked about their next project implied it might be an original IP. It doesn't look like they are interested in tackling licensed games

I mean it's what he is interested in, not what Larian is working on. This quote pretty much tells everything:
As an independent studio since 1996, we value the freedom to follow our creativity wherever it leads. In this case, after six years in the Forgotten Realms and much discussion and rumination, we've decided to seize this opportunity to develop our own IPs. We're currently working on two new projects and we couldn't be more excited about what the future has in store.

An isometric Starwars RPG by Larian would be incredible.
They don't even need to do that if their goal is to please as many as possible without csualizing their games for the lowest common denominator. What i'd do, especially with all the money they now have, is create a game in third person like, say, Mass Effect, but when you enter combat, you get the isometric view for the tactical approach their games are known for. I am 100% sure that this will be easier to sell to people, and out of combat exploration will be more immersive as well.

The DA:O approach where you could kind of do either could work

Am thinking it will be a new IP going by what they have said.

Wasn't really a huge fan of combat system in BG3, hopefully they can expand upon DOS 2 system. Or make something new altogether. RTwP would be cool. Though that will limit their audience to pc only.

idk why they'd move away from turn based with how successful that's been for them.

Setting is anyone's guess. Divinity is meh as a setting and idk if they can do any better if they tried to come up with something new themselves. They should probably use another big license, but I think they will try to create something new.
