Whenever a game uses "middleware," I expect mediocrity. Just see how poor TLOU looks.
Was on a 2D animation binge over the last while catching up on Studio Ghibli's newest films, and ended up seeing The Good Dinosaur in theaters on release weekend (I normally don't see animated films in theaters but a friend insisted).

Good Dinosaur was disappointing, though gorgeous to look at but I remember being blown away by Inside Out eariler in 2015 when the blu-ray came out. I think it'll place in my top four alongside Wall-E, The Incredibles and Finding Nemo. Not a big fan of Cars 2, Brave or Ratatouille which would be my bottom three.

At the moment, I'd have to rewatch Inside Out again to solidly place it but I think Wall-E is still my #1 favorite. Ugh, so hard choosing between Wall-E and Incredibles (the only legit good "Fantastic Four" film ever made haha) Such a great first silent movie-esque half, and an exciting second half. The understated "love" story is so sweet and I know some people consider the movie's message behind the fat future humans relying on technology a bit hamfisted but it works for me. It helps Wall-E himself is the most adorable on screen robot this side of BB-8. It's really a struggle to choose between my top four but that's how I'd place it right now. If I were to pick a movie to get a non Pixar fan hooked, I'd choose Wall-E to show to them.

Which is your fave? Why?

Those with an impeccable sense of cinematic taste will say Wall.E.

Those with a sickness in their brains will say Brave.

Wall E

I don't really care for any other Pixar movie to be honest. Never seen up, never cared for Toy Story.

Up

the first 15 minutes just do me in. I literally cry evry tiem. the rest of the movie is good too, no doubt

1.Cars.
2. Ratatouille
3. Toy Story 2

Cars gets a bad rap because Cars 2 was so awful.

Least favourite: Finding Nemo (Annoying characters throughout)

Probably The Incredibles and Toy Story 2(although 3 might have the best scene). Wall-E is close, but it starts stumbling during it's 2nd half whereas the first half does nothing but captivate.

I haven't seen many of them for years... possibly since they were in theaters for some of them. Also haven't seen a handful like Cars, Cars 2, G-Dinosaur, Monster Uni...

but I guess I would go with Wall-E. I'm just an artsy fartsy butthole, but I think Wall E would be PERFECT if the entire movie was like the first half.

I watched all three Toy Story films the other day. They're all great, but Toy Story 2 takes the win for me. I laughed the most (hysterically at times) and it was generally just such a fantastic trip down memory lane. Toy Story 2 is actually a genius film with impeccable comedy delivery.

Pixar generally make brilliant films all-round though.

Toy Story 2, no doubt about it, though The Incredibles and Inside Out aren't far away.

Love Wall-E too but the second part isn't really fun in my opinion.

Toy Story.

My Brother and I would watch it everyday for a year(year and half) and quote that movie all the time.

It's still a little new but I adored Inside Out. I really have to give ratatouille another go though. It's been a long time and I remember enjoying that one.

I'm torn between UP and Wall-E. I'd probably give the nod to UP only because the 2nd half of Wall-E is so much weaker than the first, which is absolutely brilliant.

Ratatouille, hands down. It's one of my most favorite movies ever. The food, the characters, the music, all great.

Inside Out came out, and it got really close to Ratatouille though.

It's like asking to pick your favorite child (it's George, for the record.)

1) Ratatouille
2) The incredibles
3) Inside Out

That's my top 3. Really want to mention Finding Nemo, Wall-E, and Up as all tied for 4th.

Does anyone watch Once Upon a Time? I will say that the Brave/Merida story in Season 5 did retroactively improve my opinion of the film as the show did a really good job presenting Merida's arc as a "sequel" of sorts.

Still bottom 3 though.
