I will have to remember all these, can anyone recommend some good general organiser/calandar app for windows xp??? Something that can be set with reminder alerts and such.

There's Jump Festa in Japan still to come this year.
It's not usually big for announcements, but I guess there could be something about Blue Dragon or something similar.
Besides, that's less of a developer's thing so probably not appropriate for this thread.

Magic-box says:

Microsoft announced they will reveal details of the MistWalker developed Xbox 360 RPG Blue Dragon at Jump Feata 2006, which will take place in Tokyo Makuhari Messe on December 17 - 18.

Head's up!

This calls for some hot lesbian action!

I'm still annoyed that GDC is back in San Jose. It was sooo much easier to commute to San Francisco this year via public transportation. In San Jose, not only do you have to commute via car, but you have to endure the horrendous parking there which can take forever to find.

But I gotta go, never know what MS will give away this year (last year were free HDTV's, which I won! :D), and hopefully they'll decide to give away some more free 360's to go with those TV's :)

I plan to be going to DICE this year... So far speakers are Will Wright, Peter Molyneux, David Jaffe, Richard and Robert Garriott, Alec Bernstein, and Dale Herigstad. Plus there is a celeberty poker tourny :-)

Anyone ever hit DICE before? Is it a good place to network?

Updated my calender!

In other news wheelchair pre-rentals increase by a staggering 30000000% in the LA area for the period of May 9-12.

I enjoyed TGS this year. It was my first time. Went on day 1, the business day. Got to see the rev controller unveiled, MGS4, ect....

Not sure if I am going to go next year though.

Hmm, moving up E3 won't afffect my finals (it'll actually give me more time), but hopefully it hasn't moved too much that it will affect midterms.

Oh well, that is going to be my last quarter anyways, so I'm glad E3 is not going to interfere with finals or graduation. Who knows, maybe someone will give me a job at E3 :D

going to CES next year. My work is less games and more CE stuff, so not sure if I can make E3, but I hope so - looks to be an interesting one.
