Some Playstation Experience games and developers announced

If people are trying to treat this like E3 and are disappointed then that's their own fault.

Im not saying, that we should expect a E3 show. But you cant deny, the hype Sony is creating for this event is on a E3 Level

Therefore i think new Announcements are a given

yesssss

So good

Aye, but it is pretty obviously PSX classic support will come. Hell even PSP can run it.

Of course PS2 would be nice. or even better - media disc compatibility on both systems.

On vita if you have the ps1 game on ps3 you still can play it there too right? without extra charge?

yes, all psone classics, barring any licensing issues, work across psp/vita/ps3 regardless of where/when you purchased it. though as i said, licensing issues are a problem. so you won't see a case where you'd have to re-buy a game to play, but you may see a case where you can't play it on said system due to a licensing issue. a good example of this is the crash bandicoot ps1 games can't be played on the vita, but they can on ps3 (except for that ~3 day period where sony "accidentally" flipped the swtich and all games were available)

Yep, however note that there are still some PS1 games that are not yet compatible with the PS Vita, or few can only be played on it if you copy from a PS3, due to licensing/compatibility issues.

Of course it is the law to not sell broken game, hence some missing in PS device own store-front but other has.

Gamepur just put an article up where they talked to GameBlog France's editor and he said that the announcement that'll make people rage at the event will be for a good reason. Cryptic, but interesting. They then asked if it was a third party exclusive, such as Rockstar's Agent, and he said no.

That is interesting , i don't see what would make people rage other than a 3rd party exclusive.
unless Sony raise the price on PS+ or something else like that.

Even if a 3rd party go exclusive and it should be have started the journey from Playstation only first and i don't see Sony taking a title which started as Multiplatform as exclusive. I think Resident Evil 7 will be the title going exclusive because they have shown Resident evil in their 20 years video and this title is more as its started journey in PS1 and its a Capcom which was rumored to have another PS4 exclusive like Deep down.

EDIT: just got reply from twitter that Resident evil is not the game going exclusive.

They actually asked if it is Agent from Rockstar and his answer was negative, however on the topic if it was 3rd party exclusive he only said that if it will make people rage it will be for a good reason.

So how was the "The Road" game you're talking about?

Super depressing future for hours (TLoU) was not enjoyable or interesting to me, especially since the game relied so heavily on post-apocalyptic tropes. I watched my friend play after I had pretty much just stopped playing, I will give it to them for one hell of an ending.

So a beloved franchise with many fans on the xbox side of things?

Too bad you didn't like the "game of the generation" last gen :(

Didn't SCE re-registered the Arc The Lad trademark about a year ago? Wonder if it's the secret JRPG to rival FF Verendus was talking about. :/

Ehhhhhhhh....I think a lot of people were drawn in by the setting, but Id been reading similar stuff for years so it didnt have that newness factor

Jet Moto Jet Moto Jet Moto Jet Moto Jet Moto ...

I know it won't be but wouldn't it be cool if it was Jet Fucking Moto??

Loves me some Sony. Dec 6th is my birthday and this is just gonna make it absolutely grand.

At this point I'll take what I can get. Sure, Arc the Lad is not exactly at the top of the list for JRPG franchises but it's not at the bottom either. I especially liked the first PS2 entry (and hated the second with a passion).
