It's in the middle of the strip, so you've got tons to choose from. Look for any on Las Vegas BLVD, Tropicana, and Flamingo. If you stay on the strip, there are plenty of modes of transport, including a tram and simply walking.

Do you guys recommend going the two days, or would one suffice? For those who have gone to these types of events, are the second days worth it?

That depends, are you interested in just the game demos/reveals, or are you excited about all the other ancillaries stuff like fan/community interaction, developer panels, etc?
Because frankly, without knowing how the second day schedule looks like, it's hard to know, but generally second day would be an extension of first-day, but with new developer facing events and stuff. Going to listen to folks like Druckmann, Shu talk in a panel about a particular topic, etc.

The collection is 99% there. The question remains whether we see more of Uncharted 4. I can see Sony not showing anything so The Order and if MM or GG announce a game can have more room to shine.

It is an oppening keynote right? So I assume it´s going to be at 10am Saturday. That´s when the show floor opens. It´s just a guess, I don´t think Sony has said anything about the time of the keynote.
It could also be at the usual time of their E3 conference. Around 1pm. I´ll stop now as I have no clue lol.

Even if there aren´t any announcements made (there will be), it´s still looking to be quite an event. The bare minimum which is an Uncharted 4 gameplay reveal would be enough, everything else is just icing on the cake, and there seems to be alot of icing on that cake.

You forgot:
- 3.0 update coming which allows cross-compatibility for XB1 games on PS4
- PS1/PS2/PS3 emulation and all titles for those platforms available in the store.
3.0 will be arriving with Driveclub PS Plus edition - ETA is currently late 2015.
Cross compatibility with XB1 games was already added in firmware update 2.0 - to enable the feature, please go to settings, sound and screen, resolution = <1080p.
