Heh. I think the only time a SoA plan goes well is when it's something secret we don't know about beforehand. Any sort of plan that they explicitly lay out before embarking on the mission almost always fails.

So what is Jax's plan at this point?

Have the Feds bring all the fire power to the wrong location so that the club can get Clay out clean? That's what it sounded like he was planning.

What's he gonna do after that? Have the Irish get ambushed by the Chinese while they set up Gaelin to get picked up by the Feds? O don't see this plan working out wool at all as the Feds are all ready going to be pissed that they were deliberately sent to the wrong place by Jax regardless of his reasoning.

Chibs said something like "you think this will help?" to jax after he talked to CCH pounder about the deal. So I guess he was hoping it was better than nothing? But it still doesn't make a lot of sense though.

I'm guessing the plan was that the scene with the bodies and guns would be enough for Patterson to pin the shooting on the Kings.

Had Tara not met with Patterson in last week's episode asking if her deal for immunity was still up, everything would have probably wrapped up in a neat little bowtie.

Damn, Clay...I still hated him for all the shit he did. He had it coming. The only thing I long imagined regarding Jax eventually killing Clay was that the latter would have tipped Jax off on Gemma's larger role in planning JT's death.

That was a fucking amazing episode.
