I guess I'm misremembering things because I could swear the last 2 years Microsoft had black Friday remaster bundles as well. Master chief something and gears something something. Ignore me, I'm probably just crazy.

Anyways, it very much looks like retailers won't be throwing much extra to the ps4 bundles. But if you're looking for an xb1, walmart ($30) and target($60) are adding a gift card.

The Dell xb1 bundle is the very best of the crop to me. I rather doubt they'll have many to sell at that price though.

I have a launch PS4 that I've been thinking about trading in somewhere and picking this bundle up (I'm assuming the Nathan Drake Collection is the newer PS4 model that runs cooler/quieter).

I know I missed a Gamestop trade-in deal that expired last week, but does anyone know what's currently the best trade-in value or deal around? I know Best Buy will give me $180 for my current console. Just not sure it's worth the trade at this point, or if I should wait for an inevitable slim model

Every PS4 moving forward is the CUH-1200 model which is quieter, lighter, and cooler with physical eject/power buttons and a matte faceplate.

Idk about the slim but there's no guarantee that it'll come out next year.

This. Bloodborne doesn't have mass appeal. While that may make an attractive GAF bundle. The general public either doesn't know or don't care about the game.

I get why this is the big marketed bundle. It makes all the sense in the world. Uncharted is a more mass market series, the sequel is coming soon. I'm just crossing my fingers for a Bloodborne bundle somewhere but there's a good chance I'll just get this if that's not in the cards. I don't dislike Uncharted but I don't see myself playing through them again and Bloodborne is 100% the driving force for me looking to buy a PS4 now.

Totally getting on board with this. I'll just sell the Uncharted games since I played them all on PS3 and get some other games that I want. People complaining that this is a bad bundle are crazy, I bought the PS3 at $300 as well and that one didn't come with a free game.

I mean, I would love it if there were deals for PS4 as good as the XBO, but Sony simply isn't in the same position as MS right now. Dell has that crazy XBO deal with FO4, GoW remaster, and an extra controller for $300, and I would totally love it if I could get an equivalent deal on the PS4, but I also know that it isn't going to happen. For now, getting the PS4 at $300 is a good deal in my book, and I'll hopefully be able to recoup around $25-30 for selling the collection on Craigslist or ebay.

Me thinks it's $369.99 (CAD). According to PS Blog.

Edit: C'mon guys. It's a 50$ deal on top of a 50$ pricecut. And a collection of games to boot. Sell UC if you must, but your still coming away with a <299$ console. Then take a few steps to the software side of the store and pick up a discounted copy of "Insert Game Here". Build your own bundle. Simple.

The PS4 was still $399 less than 2 months ago, and now will be widely available for $299 (plus varying bonuses, including a $75 gc at Kohl, and something like $50 at Meijer) for 4 to 5 days...

I know how NPD works buddy. You should look at the software sales. It opened under Yoshi (which wasn't exactly a big seller), sold less than Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and it sold way less than the MCC. This isn't a good result. Especially considering the big marketing campaign it got. Just makes me think that Sony should focus less on pushing old PS3 games and more on pushing their new games which they keep sending out to die.

No they're not. There's definitely better retailer incentives on the Xbox One than on the PS4. They might change if Sony thinks MS is selling more Xbox Ones though.

Nope. Best price here is $369.99 at Real Canadian Superstore with no tax on Black Friday.

Yep, game/bundle did poorly on NPD, seems like Sony prefers possible future Uncharted 4 buyers than sell consoles.

The uncharted collection bundle outsold the Halo bundle in October so.... yeaaaa. I think its doing just fine.

Get new console to play old game.
