Apology Concerning the shortage of the Sony PSP (PlayStation Portable):
We would like to truly thank those who purchased our corporation's product.
On December 12, 2004, the PSP launched to many favourable comments from our customers, to which we offer our deepest appreciation.
The customers have certain expectations for us as a corporation, and so every week we continue to ship our commodity - yet the shortage of our goods still continued.
In order so that the PSP can be delivered to the customer who is waiting to receive it in a quick, pleasurable fashion, we have exhausted all our power. However, we apologize for the fact that our efforts have not yet satisfied demands and caused great annoyance in the hearts of the consumers.
We hope you would grant us the understanding required so that we can continue to get our product into the hands of consumers... (and will increase shipments when able.)
