So the digital guys went in pre-ordering and being charged full price because there wasn't an option available at the time to pre-upgrade and they was impatient.
And now Sony is refunded them.
It's good to know Sony has some morals even in the face of a dumbass's throwing money at them.
It's like those people that constantly get scammed until someone who is actually decent notices it when they give them too much.

How is it pro consumer? Nobody with half a brain should preorder the full PS5 version if they have the PS4 version in their library. If anything they are anti consumer for allowing people to purchase this in the first place. But sure praise Sony for having one of their interns purchase this so they could get a refund and tweet it so people can fawn over it.
