Okay I just arrived at the hospital in The Order: 1886, how far am I from completing it? (Didn't know where else to ask this).
There's still quite a bit left, like more than half.

Guerilla Games (Amsterdam):
All seem to point out that most of the studio (if not all of them) are working on Horizon Zero Dawn. Although, it is possible a very small (like you said) may be prototyping their next project (could be another new IP, but it it will most likely be a Horizon sequel, if it does well).
yeah, I pre-ordered a lot of stuff, but Horizon is the one I have most confident in not canceling.I would be very surprised if Horizon isn't successful enough to become a franchise, and I expect it'll be soaking up all of their resources over there. Looks like a mammoth game.
"We've had a long history of success with Activision, and we still have a great relationship with them," Ong said. "But the future of the Spider-Man console games is with Sony and Insomniac. We're delighted about this partnership, and that's something that's going to continue forward. With [regard to] other console partners, stay tuned. There's many more interesting additional things to come. But Activision is in the past, with regards to Spider-Man."
Hmm, I have another feeling about Horizon. I don't think it'll sell well but let's see. I would love for it to be a good game but I just don't see it yet.
When it comes to games the Spider-Man IP is Sony's for the foreseeable future

"We knew that this year we had an exceptionally good line up of games to talk about so why not get everything else out of the way and just talk about them? said House. So we made it very video heavy.
We now think of these events as shows, he said. Its about trying to strike the right balance between delivering information and entertaining people who are tuning in to watch from home. There were meaty announcements but also it was hopefully entertaining.
Did any of their games ever even "bomb"?What's the reason for you to not think it'll be a good game/or sell well?
Other than "developer history/pedigree."
Wonder if this means other Marvel IP could go to other publishers? Like if Microsoft or Nintendo get rights to make Iron Man games or something like that.
I like it.
So now PlayStation has this gap between first party IP exclusives that goes from Shadow Of The Beast (May 17) and The Last Guardian (October 25). Im wondering which games will fill that gap. These are expected to hit 2016:
Kill Strain (in beta forever already, F2P)
Drawn To Death (also in beta forever already, F2P)
The Tomorrow Children
Wattam
What Remains of Edith Finch
Everybody's Golf
Gravity Rush 2
Bound (now has a VR mode, will prob launch alogside PSVR)
Here They Lie (another one that works both with or withouth PSVR, also prob launching in October)
Plus the PSVR only games
RIGS
The Modern Zombie Taxi Co.
VR Worlds
Tumble VR
Rush Of Blood
Playroom VR
Farpoint
(No Man's Sky of course its beeing treated as an exclusive with all the marketing and its launching in August, but its not a first party IP)
Did Verendus ever mention a Warner exclusive, or am I just remembering wrongly :/
Guess this ended up being the Batman VR
Seriously, I'm down for all of this, including GT. Great time to own a PS4.Wasn't sure where else to post this but I have seriously never been more impressed with a Sony line-up of upcoming games. Just the AAA ones:
- God of War
- Days Gone
- Spider-Man
- Horizon
- Detroit
- Dreams
- The Last Guardian
- Gran Turismo Sport
- Gravity Rush 2
I am legitimately interested in every one of these with GTS as the lone exception. It's just so diverse and loaded with new IP as well. Uncharted, Ratchet, and MLB got the ball rolling earlier this year in terms of PS4 exclusives and now the next couple of years look ridiculously stacked. What's crazier is the fact that Naughty Dog and Sucker Punch, two of their premier studios, also have unannounced games brewing. Not to sound like a complete fanboy but I feel incredibly excited to be a PlayStation gamer right now.
If the internal Japan Studio JRPG actually exists and has a big budget I would guess E3, Verendus said if it fails they will never try something like it again IIRC so they would want it to have a huge debut at the biggest possible event. So is TGS a safe bet for Japan Studio's JRPG? Naughty Dog, Sucker Punch, and Crash Remastered shenanigans at PSX?
Bound was confirmed for August 16th on the E3 pre-show.
It has more views than Zelda trailer. That's ridiculous lol
i am currently updating the OP - if you guys know about some big rumours that happend during the past weeks, let me know

I like the new format, also Supermassive games is also working on Tumble VR for PSVR
Naughty Dog and Cambridge as well.Is Sucker Punch the only Sony developer we don't know what they're currently working at? Wow.
Naughty Dog and Cambridge as well.
Nah, I mean new games. ND has something else in the oven but we may not see it for a while. I believe another Killzone was said to be in the works as well and I think Cambridge is doing it. Oh, and PixelOpus but they are still a small studio right now.Well yeah, I mean, Naughty Dog are doing story DLC and Cambridge is doing RIGS, so I guess that is some of the things they're working on.
Anyway, I got new Sony games in the door today! Gravity Rush HD, God of War 3 Remastered and Heavy Rain / Beyond Remastered. Will receive Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection tomorrow.
I still haven't bought Ratchet & Clank or Uncharted 4 though.

Nice. Get into Gravity Rush Remastered than check out the E3 footage for Gravity Rush 2.
i couldn't find the post, but iirc Shinobi was hinting that Sucker Punch is working on a new IP.
I think they are a candidate for E3 2017
Pretty sure the quote I remember from him was mid year 2013 at the latest during E3, not late 2014. I remember because I still hadn't been accepted to neogaf yet and I've been accepted in December of 2013 (had to check). So it's either E3 2013 or E3 2012 on when I read it.no he is not banned - regarding the JRPG he said this at the end of 2014 (Sony JRPG still exists. Last I knew, they were pushing past pre-production. We're also pushing forward with approaching more people to get further projects off the ground)
In 2015 he also mentioned the the 3 most exciting internal Sony Games in his eyes and the Sony Japan RPG was also mentioned.
i think this year is/was actually the first year where we got a realistic Chance for this Game to be announced. But since its a big project and we know Sony lets it studios take their time, i think a 2017 reveal is more realistic --> especially after The Last Guardian and Gravity Rush 2 are out
Was having this discussion on Twitter with some friends earlier.
We came to the conclusion that if it were not a new IP, they'd have probably announced another Infamous by now.
Given that the first Infamous on PS4 was launched only 3 years after the previous Infamous, they'd be on track for release next summer. And we can't say the shift to new hardware would hold them back, because they were one of the few amazing developers who managed a near launch title that wasn't just a port.
Either way, for them to not announce a game this year means to me, they are shaking things up fairly substantially.
I'm excited. They're the most underrated first party developer to me.
I hope its a new IP and take a break from IF. IF never stood out to me and always felt boring.
Sucker Punch isn't early at all. They're 2 1/4 years into the new game and will be 2 1/2 years into their new game by the time an announcement rolls around. This is also for one of the teams that's already released a PS4 game and is comfortable with it. There's no reason their game shouldn't be announced by PSX at the latest.I wonder what new Sony games could be announced throughout the rest of the year as it seems that most every studio that would be ready to show something significant is accounted for with few exceptions.
Sucker Punch and Naughty Dog are most likely too early, they will probably be the double-whammy at E3 next year ala Bend and Santa Monica this year. Northwest Studio has only been around for about a year so they probably aren't going to show anything.
As far as in-house studios go, PixelOpus and London seem to be the most likely to announce something relatively soon.PixelOpus hasn't released a game since Entwined in 2014 and their style of artsy-fartsy games tend to show up at Gamescom and PSX. I would beg them for PSX. Studio London has VR Worlds in October but I doubt that's all they're working on as they have over 200 staff and haven't released a substantial game in quite awhile. I can see them announcing another compelling VR game at either Gamescom or PGW to help carry momentum for PSVR.
There are a couple of wild-cards in play and by that I mean Japan Studio and Guerrilla Cambridge. Japan obviously have their hands full with TLG and Gravity Rush 2 but they have hundreds of staff there that could have the wheels turning on something else. We've already heard rumors of Knack 2 and a AAA JRPG which could potentially be their next wave of games (They do seem to work in waves like releasing Knack and Puppeteer in 2013 and two new games this year). Cambridge was hiring for a AAA shooter a while back so they could surprise everyone with a new Killzone or something.
And who knows what they will announce at TGS if Sony has anything themselves to announce at all there.
It's a bit of an interesting time. With presumably three conferences left this year, Sony is either going to be light on announcements, be dominated by smaller games and publishing deals with companies like Tarsier and Ovosonico, or have a big surprises in store.
I hope its a new IP and take a break from IF. IF never stood out to me and always felt boring.
lol I just edited my post above.I think people are forgetting a certain raccoon.
The chances of it happening are quite slim though...unless it's Sanzaru.lol I just edited my post above.
How likely is Japan Studio making Bloodborne 2 by themselves?

Sucker Punch, what the fuck
Two years with no word on what you're working on.
why do you do this to me
