This seems very vague. Impressed is a relative term. Maybe your source is expecting you to be impressed with the new builds to Killzone/Knack/Driveclub? The only way you could question them is if you specifically told them the only way you would be impressed is if new titles would be shown.

That does jive with what I'm hearing as well. I never heard it was going to be a shitty show. What i heard is they are confident in what's happening now that they don't have to tease about games/other stuff that is far off.

It would still be like double the price you could get a 64GB micro SD card for which is still too much IMO. The main reason I don't use my Vita is because I need memory to play my games and the prices are ridiculous.

Which brings me back to what I thought originally. Sony should just offer built in storage - 16 and 32. It works for phones and tablets, it can work for the vita.

Supposedly, although common sense will tell you they're not going to be 20 or probably even 15 AAA games. I'm sure if there's a last of us ps4 version they'll count that too.

Wha?! fuck that Sony piss me off, I hate when they announce shit too early zand nothing happens, more to add to the list, Resident Evil PSP, Bioshock Vita, The Agency and Identify, Eight Days. That's the developers fault not Sony. Blame team ICO, square enix, etc. But regardless its a bad to buy a console for a game that you've only seen a trailer for.

God of War, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, The Last of Us, Heavy Rain, Infamous, Journey, Killzone, Resistance, Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper all exclusive to the PS3, and there are plenty more. Plus, Agent and FFV aren't first party games, so you're looking at only TLG as a first party game that was promised and yet to be delivered. They've simply earned their good reputation, and a few pock marks don't spoil their overall amazing body of work.

Edit: Also, Swishh, you were the one arguing for them to show more at Gamescom, to show a lot, to show it early, but you are also here arguing that they did just that with those three games and disappointed consumers. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

People are accepting of Sony because in the last 4 years they've had 36 exclusives (more if you count PS3 games that also had Vita versions, which I did not) while MS has only had 9 and with PS4 Sony has hit all of the pro-consumer marks so far.

Those games you mentioned have been mistakes on Sony's part but shit happens. No one has a 100% success rate. They've had far more good games and decisions lately that outweigh those few bad things.

Wow, E3 this year delivered in spades for me. So much good stuff coming.

E3 as a whole was pretty disappointing and mediocre. Too much focus on these screw job always online/persistent world games. I only had 5 games marked down as impressive for the entire event and a few come out this year: Infamous, The Witcher 3, MGS 5, BF4's multiplayer and Watch Dogs.

Well according to Verendus there is one major western exclusive for Sony. I can only see Rockstar as a potential partner right now, especially since they still owe Sony one game (GTA IV was originally supposed to be a PS3 exclusive, but Rockstar bailed out and Sony got Agent instead). I could certainly see Agent coming back for PS4 made by Rockstar North after they wrap up GTA V.

Two of those games aren't even developed by Sony studios and TLG's development has been troubled, to say the least.

When you look at the roster of games they have actually released, I am surprised people aren't accepting.

Yeah it definitely lived up to the hype. For me Naughty Dog earned their reputation with this game. I don't want to get too far off topic so I'll wait for the next lttp thread which seems to happen every other week on here

Hold up, I was talking about the 20 first party games Sony has in store for the first year, not games that are not even close to releasing. We only know of 5 of those games, which is why I was hoping we'd see more at Gamescom.
