Man when was the last time we saw Officer Barbrady? He's been completely underutilized. Awesome episode though. Scarface references worked really well, and I loved the music when everyone was bouncing on their testicles.

How are they even allowed to get away with showing testicles? South Park gets away with some of the most amazing shit. Another thing I was amazed they got away with was the orgy in the goobacks episode
