Liked this episode more then the previous one. But I know South Park can do better. I really hope for some great episodes this season.

This episode was way too anti pro life for my liking, you got fans of other political views too south park, health care message was fine and fitting though.
I honestly don't remember laughing so hard at a south park episode, the scene where the Chinese guy is reading aloud the book to an audience got me, when he mentioned Sarah jessica Parker i had to pause it, i couldnt breathe :lol :lol :lol
Is there any workaround to access the US site from outside?
Here in Germany the new episodes are itunes exclusive for a week. I´m not registered for it and I don´t want to be. I do, however, want to see the episodes close to their release, otherwise this thread´ll be nothing but spoilers.
I tried a proxy site, can´t remember the name, and the site showed up, but it gave a n error for the video.

Douglas had to poop. His butt was all stinky because he had to poop so badly. There was a gross woman named Rebecca who was sunbathing all naked, and she was fat. Douglas walked up to her and said, "I need to poop". "Okay," Rebbeca replied, "I like poop". Douglas squatted down over the fat sunbathing lady and went poop. The poop sat there on Rebecca's boobs, looking like a weiner.

"Why are we here?", Douglas cried - as poop came out his weiner... in a long thin strip. It was weiner poop, which is the grossest poop of all. The pee pee got on the woman's leg and she screamed, pooping out her boobs. And so when the pee got mixed with the poop it smelled like a butt.
