Enough with the "DS was a mistake" crap, or "DS is the next VB".
GBA2 will not replace DS. If anything DS will replace the GBA. It's already proven to be the more effective handheld at 2D gaming (Castlevania DS) and budget 3D graphics ((Mario64 / MP:H).
DS is the perfect handheld for developers who don't want to spend too much development time & money on a game. Not everyone will be jumping on the PSP bandwagon. There is a reason companies develop handheld games for GBA and not the PS2. The overhead is much smaller.
Same thing with DS vs. PSP/GBA2 development.

Sitting in front of the glass cube on those funky leather chair arrangements last year I was struggling to recover from eating a death dog outside the show. I has brilliantly decided to go to the lobby wearing a (what I thought) very Californian all-white get up and sandals.
So there I am chatting away with various games types and I feel the need to fart. So I do. Then I notice the wetness. Then the fear-sweating began. I managed to shit myself in the fucking Standard lobby in front of a load of people I work with.
The run back to change at the Hyatt was something of a low. Even for me.
