what's funny about this maturity argument is that kojima himself said he's trying to tackle more mature content and themes. not sure why there's a debate about that

4:45 - 6:40 Jeremy Blaustein mentions he might have just thrown that line in there, as opposed to it being part of the original japanese version of the script. So kind of like the LET coma was probably a mistranslation, I'd say the rape implication in MGS1 falls under that as well.

Team Afghanistan (maybe another more expansive Afghanistan location)?
Team Africa (finally an extensive look at a location in Africa)?

Team Afghanistan. I don't think they'll reveal Africa before launch seeing as they haven't even shown us much besides the very first mission.

Its hard to say. I think they will stick with Afghanistan. I hope they show the dog.

i think the jungle portion will be shown to illustrate the different camos, the lively environment( would be cool to drag cover yourself with mud lol) and maybe we can interact with animals lets say for example a wild boar maybe you can throw something at it and it works as a distraction for the guards surrounding the area.

Team Africa!

"Major advances" (to me) would suggest a new region with new gameplay mechanics (maybe the Dawg). I think it's possible that they show a new portion of Afghanistan, but my gut is telling me Africa. I think Mother Base will be on display as well!
 
I can't believe the guy who said the gameplay presentation will be an entire hour long never came back.
