lol.
Yo Love, what you gonna do?

While Team D is an in-joke, it should probably have been expanded to include any theories that involve Kiefer's Big Boss being an imposter. Like someone in the thread posted that they believe he's Solidus and Hayter will still voice the real Big Boss lol.Team Deranged is about these guys, who for some reason are dead set on Big Boss being actually Gray Fox and try to back up their theory in the most ridiculous ways imaginable.
lol.
Yo Love, what you gonna do?
The voting thread ;_;

EDIT: FREE DAVID HAYTER! FREE DAVE HAYT!
I stand my ground. Guns aren't made fore the sole purpose of killing other people by the way. They're also made for hunting and general sport. That isn't to say no guns are made for the purpose of killing people.
Look, someone's got to make the guns that cops carry, that the military uses, that people use for self defense.
I never said they were "for the sole purpose of killing other people", I just said "for killing".
What do people need to defend themselves from, other people with guns? Hmmm.
Let's not forget (as Authentic M rightly pointed out earlier), a significant portion of gun manufacturers money comes from supplying countries torn by war. They are not blameless in the slightest, they are despicable opportunists who will do ANYTHING for a quick buck.
i would think it would be relatively easy to change this. on contact with a guard:
- guard yells "contact" alerting all guards within shouting distance
- guard reaches for radio and calls CP
- during reflex, both of these actions occur. all or nothing. -or- the relfex is divided into two "sections" that can result in both types of alerts
- with relex off, shooting before "contact" = no alert.
- with relex off, shooting the radio results in a "contact" alert of nearby enemis, but no radio
- shooting the soldiers radio directly negates all radio or base-wide alerts
That's pretty unfair that the Hayter thread got locked. I suppose they can't have another MGS thread on the front page so there's room for all The Last of Us threads.
My man. I've been an advocate of a "no instant alert MGSV" since day one (the day we knew it would be in)
I counted 5 last night lol. That's pretty unfair that the Hayter thread got locked. I suppose they can't have another MGS thread on the front page so there's room for all The Last of Us threads.
Well, I'm excited. I made a new avatar and everything.
I'm all for people defending themselves with a fire arm against a knife wielding lunatic. It kind of gives you the edge.
Even if they weren't, since when is opportunism despicable?
At least two mods simultaneously decided that the thread should be locked on the grounds that it was an empty poll/voting thread that would consist entirely of picking team names before probably devolving into a Metal Gear chat room community thread by the time the weekend was over.
The mod who was contacted for approval shortly afterwards told the rest of the mods that what he actually said to Love Deterrence was that A) he wouldn't allow a poll thread, but B) LD was free to make a thread simply discussing Hayter and TPP. The thread that was actually posted was more or less a poll thread, ie, what was shot down.
Alright, that's fair. Better than the initial non-reason that was posted. At least two mods simultaneously decided that the thread should be locked on the grounds that it was an empty poll/voting thread that would consist entirely of picking team names before probably devolving into a Metal Gear chat room community thread by the time the weekend was over.

I see what you did there.
Are there a lot of "knife-wielding lunatics" wandering around the US, necessitating the 300+ million guns that are in circulation?
Oh, I dunno... when it contributes to and facilitates genocide, maybe...?
Maybe we should start talking about everything in the community thread. Outside of announcements/news of course.
That's blasphemous!
We might have had a place to keep our votes though! :/
Also, multiplayer on TPP news when? I want to know if we get co-op on missions in main and extra ops like in Peace Walker. Having co-op in a huge open world sneaking together would be absolutely amazing.
I may sound really cold here, but genocides will happen whether or not arms manufacturers are providing one of many possible means.
I'd also like to point out that you completely disregarded my argument that munitions aren't sold directly to countries where contemporary genocides occur. I still say arms manufacturers are not inherently evil.
Machetes are often used to assist with genocides and general murder in war torn countries. They are effective hunting tools and have many uses outside of killing. They do allow for an easy kill however. Are machete manufacturers evil?
One more point I'd like to make is that many arms manufacturers have other products other than munitions. Kalashnikov makes cars and motor bikes for instance.
When people die because of it. Or, if you want something more specific - when more people die because of it.I'm all for people defending themselves with a fire arm against a knife wielding lunatic. It kind of gives you the edge.
So what if arms manufacturers are providing munitions to war torn countries? It's not like they are the root cause of a conflict. Most arms are sold via black market to those war torn countries in any case. Even if they weren't, since when is opportunism despicable?
Well, technically, you could get a nail in a wall with a gun too.I can kill someone with a hammer if I wanted to, but it's designed to get a nail in a wall. What do guns do besides kill things?
If you buy Kalashnikov's car, you're supporting Kalashnikov's gun manufacture operations? Dunno, I wouldn't buy it (what's it even called? I doubt anyone would want to brand their car with a brand that everyone associates with killing, but then again...I don't drive (;P) but what's the point you're making?
Well, technically, you could get a nail in a wall with a gun too.
Guys, Team SnAke brothers.
Let's put our names in the Team A image.
You could also "drill" a hole with it. Just don't do it in a wall that separates your apartment from your neighbour... ok I'll stop.I'll call Mythbusters.

OK let's do it!
Note: I never did something like this before so not sure how many "TEAM A" people want on this pic but i'm afraid it will get too big? lol
Anyway, if someone is more skilled at this stuff and im sure there is please by all means take over.
Team A: Solid Snake is in MGSV and will be voiced by David Hayter

Is it just me, or is it unusual for Kojima to be speaking about attending motion capture sessions couple of weeks ago if the game is "near completion" (that is - near the alpha/beta/feature complete/whatever stage), which it should be if it was to be released in the spring of 2015?Don't need to see more of it, just give me the release date.
Someone add me here

DUDE! I love it, bro, thanks!!!!! ^_^
I just had a vision which we could use for our ad campaign - a muscular guy with construction helmet and a gun with its grip designed like classical Swiss Army knives! Now, we can just hope Kojima-san will notice us and licence it for his next MGSDon't stop on my account. I'm writing this shit down! We sell them as Swiss Army Guns. We'll be rich I tells ya! RICH!
I added you but i don't want to spam that image with every single new update. So next time i think i will wait for more people who wants to get added before posting.

So TEAM A where are you at?
Nerd Reactor: You’ve recently tweeted about Metal Gear – your involvement or non-involvement, and there are fans that still believe that you’re in it, because they think Hideo Kojima is trolling them. Or maybe you signed an NDA?
David Hayter: No, no. I never signed any NDA. When you’re not in a game, it’s very difficult for them to get you to sign anything pertaining to it. It’s disappointing that fans still believe I’m gonna be in it, because I think that reduces the pressure that should be put on Konami and Kojima to bring me back. So I’ll say it again, I’m not in the game. In any way.
Nerd Reactor: There’s a petition out where fans want you back in the game.
David Hayter: I think there’s a couple of petitions. They put together thousands of thousands of names. I haven’t checked it recently, but yeah, it’s out there somewhere. [The petition already has over 20,000 signatures and can be found here.]
Nerd Reactor: What do you think about Kiefer Sutherland’s performance?
David Hayter: I saw the promos, and I saw Kiefer in there. Otherwise I think he’s a great actor, and I’ve met him, and spent a little time with him. He’s a super nice guy and I respect him immensely. It just feels different from what we were doing before. But I’ve got nothing bad to say about the man. He’s a stellar Canadian. I respect him immensely.
