2beHonest... i think David Hatter is going to be in the game as Solid Snake, because Solid Snake's name is David as well. Big Boss has been referred to as Jack, and Kiefer Sutherland played Jack in 24, so he's def going to be Big Boss all the way throughout MGSV.

What is it about MGS that makes some people crazy I wonder? I've been a huge fan since MGS1, but never did I attempt to make connections where they don't exist and come to conclusions such as Quiet is Chico.
It's a vocal minority, trust me.
Ever since Raiden people think there's going to be a huge twist in every game just like it.
Rescue every POW and the Mother Base POW from the Anti-Air mission (4 POW's total) in less than 15 minutes on Normal. Don't worry about the AA guns, just get the POW's out of there in 15 or less. I don't know how good you are at the game so I'm not sure if this is a challenge or not.

The lead up to a main Metal Gear is an enjoyable game itself.

Maybe he didn't want to deal with the licensing process with gun manufacturers anymore? Maybe he hates their existence and doesn't want to give them any more money...lol. Either way, that's one of my biggest pet peeves in games.
Maybe someone can make some sort of conspiracy out of it since there seems to be a theory for everything MGS-related.
Just finished MGS3 HD again and now I'm off to Peace Walker to close the night. MGS games make bed-rest not so bad. Just wish I didn't get rid of my copy of MGS4 since I want to replay that again.

There have been some hilarious theories regarding metal gear games in the past on gaf and all the lead-up for this game have been fun.
Even Kojima has done his best to entertain us along the way remember this ?

The series has enough narative space to allow people to speculate on. Usually a game only has long enough to introduce a character before utilizing then dumping them. But through the codecs and general structure of the game, the world building feels more organic. And Chico being Quiet isn't a really farfetched theory.

I want in Team A as well. I still think Kiefer was brought on for people to be used to him before he's Snake in the MGS movie, but Hayter will remain Solid in the games.
