Spiderman Villains VS Batman Villains: Who Wins In A Fight?

The heroes are out of the equation. This is strictly Batman's villains vs Spiderman's villains!

Out of Batman and Spiderman, who has the best/most powerful rogue's gallery? Who would win if they all fought each other?

Alternate Question: If they swapped villains, would the heroes do better or worse against each others adversaries?

(I tried to restrict keep my list to only the well known/easily associated villains for each hero)

14 Spiderman examples:

Green Goblin
Carnage
Doctor Octopus
Electro
Sandman
Scorpion
Lizard
Mysterio
Shocker
Venom
Kraven The Hunter
Rhino
Vulture
Juggernaut

14 Batman Examples:

Joker
Bane
Two-Face
Clayface
Deathstroke
Penguin
Scarecrow
Catwoman
Killer Croc
Riddler
Mr. Freeze
Poison Ivy
Ra's al Ghul
Solomon Grundy

GO!

How powerful are Clayface and Grundy here? I know that certain versions of both are crazy OP.

The rest aren't a problem, but.

Spiderman with no contest. Batman's villains are all just average criminals without superpowers.

Edit: OP just edited his post when he realized his original question was so obvious.

If the villains were reversed Gotham would be a crime free utopia. (Spiderman living in Gotham)

Joker represents the darkest depths of human mind, it's a guy that wouldn't think twice about blowing up an entire country if he has the chance to do it.

No super human power can top that.

Spiderman villains easily.

This isn't even a thread. Spidey's villains in a complete walk. ONE of them could clear the entire Bat-roster without breaking a sweat.

Joker represents the darkest depths of human mind, it's a guy that wouldn't think twice about blowing up an entire country if he has the chance to do it.

No super human power can top that.

Norman Osborne blew up an entire stadium full of people.

Even at their most OP, the like of Sandman and Juggernaut(How does he qualify as a spiderman villain) would easily go toe-to-toe if not beat them outright.

The Web-head's rogues' gallery easily win in an outright fight. it's noit even every fair. Batman's villains only have to be able to overpower a guy to be a threat. Villains have to be able to fight a guy who casually lifts cars and can sense them coming.

The only immediate advantage batman's villains have is Ra's power base, and Deathstroke's tactical planning.

If this were a straight up brawl I think spiderman's villains could take this. Carnage and Venom are too much (I guess unless you exploit ultrasonic stuff).

Oh you threw in juggernaut? Always thought he was more an Xmen villain. That seems really unfair.

I am sure those darkest depths will come in handy when Carnage is eating him

In recent years I have realized what an absolute joke The Joker is, only works in the Batman universe

A fucking punch from the Juggernaut could very easily top that. He's a neat foil for batman, but lets not pretend he's an actual threat to 90% of the super heroes or villains out there.

Okay, fair enough lol. I thought I remembered a version of Clayface that as invulnerable to pretty much everything (electric, ice, etc.) and could melt people.

This thread doesn't seem to be stumpokapow approved, you need to get on that or I'm gonna have to alert the proper authorities.

Juggernaut solos the entire list.(he isn't a spiderman villain though)

Green Goblin is really not at that level. He's more at Two face's level.

not at ALL.

Norman Osborn viewed the presence of Asgard above Oklahoma as a threat to the American way of life. At Loki's suggestion,[19] Osborn sought to create a scenario that would force the President of the United States to allow H.A.M.M.E.R. to invade and destroy Asgard. Osborn tasked the Hood with recruiting a team of villains that would be able to instigate the Siege.

The Hood's U-Foes implicated Volstagg, an Asgardian, in the massacre of thousands of innocent spectators at a football match at Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago. With an Asgardian apparently responsible, Osborn was now able to justify his invasion.

Soldier field has a capacity of 61,500 people. And that's before we consider that Norman just set all of new york on fire for a straight month in Goblin Nation.

NO ONE in batman's rogue's gallery is at that level.

I'd like to see Deathstroke go after Venom or Carnage.

It's pretty easy to see.

Deathstroke can emit the right frequencies? Deathstroke wins.

Otherwise Venom or Carnage found a new host.

I love Venom but god damn he has like the easiest weakness to exploit.

I'm no expert, but wouldn't Venom handle most of them, and Carnage take care of the rest?

Maybe if you tried to pair them off in 1vs1 matches you might get more interesting results?
Lizard vs Killer Croc
Kraven the Hunter vs Ras Al Ghul
Sandman vs Clayface
Vulture vs Penguin
etc etc

Depends on the incarnation of Grundy, but if its the version that is actually stronger then superman physically, he would be a nightmare. (Supes had to fly him to another planet and leave him there).

Take Grundy out of the equation however and its severely one-sided.

not really. look what Octopus did to the hulk.

I realized recently that the batman universe is the X-men of DC. Super cool on there own, but make no fucking sense in the grand scheme of things. It's amazing another hero hasn't waisted these losers.

Does Batman have a Bat-sense, super strength, super agility, web fluid and the ability to stick to walls? Then he is woefully outclassed.
