people are so dumb sometimes, i just can't think about what's going through their mind! Even in rank B they mindlessly do something useless while the tower is advancing without a bother!

"duuuh, let me paint this small path that nobody use"
"ho hey, i'll jump out of the tower just for the sake of it, let's do some sightseeing"
"Super jump? What's that? nah i'll walk like a real Squid!"

in the meantime, we're like only two fighting our lives to prevent them of advancing a little bit... I can't counthow many time we lost for like only 1 or 2 point that would have been easily preventable

i'm not the perfect player, i'll do some mistakes... but not like this! Too bad we can't play with our friend in a pro match!

It's not that big of a deal, i'm not mad, it's just frustating to encounter this kind of player when i have the EXP x2 ticket activated, haha

Hey, an actual response to criticism that's not just "don't insult the thing I like".

I've actually been able to consistently ink more ground with this weapon than with the Nzap and Aerospray. Add in the fact that I am surviving more encounters with other players and it seems like my score is averaging the highest it has across both games.

FWIW, I strafe while I spray to maximize width. Also pivoting helps get better coperage.
 
Calling the Dualie Squelchers OP based off Turf War makes no sense, because their coverage is terrible. They're definitely good though.

So in the middle of all the memes and fanart, one kid decided to reveal their domestic abuse? This isn't even new, Splatoon 1 has an infamous Miiverse comment "this game is hard, but not as hard as my dad beats me". Chances of this being a legit cry for help are slim, especially since the post is also made on Twitter/Facebook.

I'll just say that, if it were up to Turf Warriors, we'd have Chargers having Splat Roller-like shot width and be able to shoot across the map because that's the only way they'd ever compete with the Aerospray.

I bought some shoes off the mobile app a couple of days ago but they've shown up in the game store now, cheaper and with a better default ability (one of those exclusive defaults), but I cannot re-buy to replace the ones I have nor dump my existing gear.

Am I just boned?

I get this feeling a lot, but to be fair people inking random spots might just be trying to build some special meter. And sometimes it's not safe to super jump.

I actually mind getting completely rolled marginally less than a game we lost because one guy on the team didn't jump on the tower at a crucial moment.
 
Am I the only one who didn't have much problems with Salmon Run weapons this rotation ? In fact, I felt the mode was easier somehow and increased my rank to profreshional! Salmon bosses didn't swarm the team at every first wave like previous days.

I don't see a lot of chargers and I pretty much play exclusively turf war. Unless you are really good, chargers are just hurting their team. If you're really good, map control is super easy for the rest of the team.

sure, building the meter can be usefull, but doing that where there's nobody make us loose a lot of time and that's what make us loose the game in the end!

The super jump is indeed not always safe, but even if there's someone not in danger, where there's no ennemy, they will not do it... they don't even use the squid form, they just... walk... i don't understand

I haven't tried this time yet but didn't have many issues when these weapons were in rotation last time most as the splatling is incredibly good.

That said, if I got a griller wave more often than not we were screwed.

I've had good runs and really poor ones since yesterday. Depends on if your gattling dude is on point w/ steel heads and if the others are supporting.

Played a ton of matches and didn't have a single griller boss spawn.

And why is it that every time I carry the Rainmaster no one can be assed to cover my back?

Finally, fuck Musselforge Fitness. I can't ever win at that stage.

No, the one on Splatnet have a chance to have a unique/different main ability. Check yours out and compare it.
 
I hate getting a shitty crew in Salmon Run. Lost three in a row and got a paycut.

Also, I'm not sure about the paintbrush. It feels weak and when a lot of steelheads suddenly start appearing, it doesn't help that two of the weapons in the loadout are "melee" weapons (roller and brush)

I prefer Mayo so i choose that this is beyond waifu wars if i eat ketchup i get vomit like feelings. I do enjoy curry ketchup tho.

But mayo is superior, garlic sauce, mustard normal mayo and more.

My biggest issue with them is that I keep underestimating their range since my muscle memory keeps telling me that Dualies are short range, rapid fire weapons and I can wipe them with my Gal if I keep my distance. Got me killed more than a few times.

Overall, I find them manageable. Now the paint buckets in Tower Control can burn.

Feel your pain but it's a trophy, game is giving you the worst teammates to balance teams out because you're the best player in the lobby. About the rainmaker/master, you can't expect people to be there right there when you pick it up. But yeah, at lower ranks, even if they are there they will leave you hanging.

Well, lost a rank. Went from Professional down to Overachiever again.
 
Wow, had a blast so far and won around 16 of my last 20 standard matches, now I can play ranked and holy shit does this goldfish mode sucks monkey balls. Not enjoying at all.
 
I bought this game on a whim not having played the first.

I am pleasantly surprised how much fun I am having. The ink really adds a huge amount of strategy into the game.

I just wish I didn't have to watch the show every time and just skip over it.

For some reason the Turf War mode is the only thing interests me. Single player was my favorite mode in the original and I've barely touched it in this one.

My game w/l right now is 36-14.
 
Had a tower match earlier where we stopped the enemy scoring by 1 point and came back to win the match, it felt so good.

I mean, they were like frames away from beating us in the first minute but we struck back.
