I can't wait for the first US Splatfest. It's kinda odd that, cultural differences aside, Nintendo is choosing to make seperate Splatfests and at separate times for each region.

I swear. If I get on a team with a Tyler I'm just leaving right there.
Fucking idiot with a roller going right past the enemy EVERY TIME and getting himself killed leading me to then get killed as I assume the guy withthe big ass roller will get the guy he's running toward who has his back turned. NOPE.
And because of that (and a team of 2 other rollers) I was just shy of getting 1000p to unlock these clothes I just bought. Fucking Tylers.

It's in before your name when you play and it shows as like a rank up bar like in ranked. It took me about 4 hours of playing because I kept losing with like 900+ every game. Some people on this game even at level 20 still don't understand how to turf war.
Please god stop jumping on people who are in a fight. You will die.

Damn good matches so far
America isn't in splatfest yet. We only just got our tees.
And allegedly splatfest japan is now over.
I'm confident it's one of the following two reasons:
1. User normally plays with a bomb or sprinkler. Using one at the very start of the game is a quick way to get coverage (esp sprinkler) and they press the R button on accident or by instinct.
2. Wants to be a dick

3. They don't know you can warp back to spawn at anytime and put it there in case somebody invades the base.
Pretty funny when just the day before there were probably five posts asking for separate region matchmaking.
But, I'm in agreement here. My teammates in turf war are absolutely horrid. I mean, there are usually some bad players but I am pretty sure most people playing in North America right now are just family visiting their cousin who has a Wii U.

So my previous tests with stacking damage up (3 main/3 sub) showed only the weapons with inherent 1Hit KO properties were uncapped in their benefits- chargers, blasters, rollers.
For blasters, this means that the range at which a miss can pop and still and cause a 1Hit KO increases considerably with stacking damage up. I'm not sure, however, if it's worth giving up the standard perks.

If it's the latter that seems kind of lazy but I love that song so much I wouldn't mind.

No more matches for me tonight. Crazy fun times.
Lost quite a few matches. I Need to get back into the kelp splatterscope groove; My aim was way waaay off, and some matches were an embarrassing parade of stealth jumps gone horrible awry
Edit: I managed to record a good dozen or so matches. They take forever to upload, so I'll just pick a few entertaining wins and losses to put up.

Haha. Got a few good, fun matches in but I'm on a Game of Thrones binge. I'll be back later tonight though.
I really need to try a different weapon than roller but it's usually me and one other person when I play with Gaffers and someone has to cover the map FTW.
