AKA, the only one worth a damn.
Visually, it looks better than I remembered which was a nice unexpected surprise, even if it does tend to rely on a lot of stills and I still don't get why some of the action sequences are so damn dark to the point one can't really make anything out. It's a darn shame too, because some of those can feature great animation and choreography.
Story was nice and self-contained even if it did feel a little forced at times and very restricted to only a rather small number of locations. Still, I'd totally be down for another season by Madhouse if such a thing were to ever happen.
If nothing else, the show was worth it if only for the many instances of Wolverine being totally tsundere.

I enjoyed the first 19 minutes or so of the episode. Pretty nice to use different styles in the show and it was pretty fun seeing that. I'm liking the characters and even AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Yuki Kaji is pretty good as the main character.
Of course, they probably realized it's a LN and we just can't go without DRAMA ruining all our fun and enjoyment.
The ED was pretty cute though.

I think I enjoy this show way too much. The characters are hilariously goofy people and I have a dumb grin on my face every second I watch. However, it seems there's going to be some potentially awful drama next episode so I'm not looking forward to that at all.
